Privacy Policy for Ana Beyti Mobile 

1. Introduction

The International Company for Agro-Industrial Projects ("Beyti", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal data.

This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application "Ana Beyti"  collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our service for field quality audits, farm inspections, and supply chain tracking.

By installing, accessing, or using the Ana Beyti mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms of this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect information strictly necessary to provide the operational functions of the App.

A. Account & Authentication Information

• User Credentials: Corporate username, work email address, and authentication tokens required to verify authorized employee/inspector identity.

• Biometric Data: If you choose to enable fingerprint or biometric login, biometric verification is performed entirely on your device hardware by the operating system. We do not collect, process, or store your raw biometric data on our servers.

B. Location Information (Foreground Only)

• Precise and Coarse Location: When you create or submit a farm quality inspection visit, the App accesses your device's GPS coordinates while the App is open and active (foreground).

• Purpose: GPS location is captured strictly to verify that the quality audit was conducted physically at the designated farm premises.

• Background Location: We DO NOT access, track, or collect your location when the application is closed or running in the background.

C. Camera, Photos, and Files

• Inspection Attachments: With your explicit permission, the App accesses your camera and local storage to capture photos of farm facilities, milk tanks, or laboratory documentation as part of the audit report.

• PDF Generation: The App may require temporary local storage access to generate, display, and export inspection reports in PDF format.

D. Device and Diagnostic Information

• Technical Identifiers: Device model, operating system version, and unique push notification tokens (Firebase Cloud Messaging) used to deliver operational updates and visit reminders.

• Crash Reports & Diagnostics: We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymized crash reports and application performance logs to troubleshoot stability issues and enhance reliability.

3. How We Use Your Information

The information collected is used solely for enterprise business operations:

1. Verifying authorized user access and preventing unauthorized system access.

2. Documenting quality audit scores and confirming farm compliance with Beyti hygiene and safety standards.

3. Synchronizing offline inspection visits to our secure enterprise database once internet connectivity is available.

4. Monitoring raw milk shipment schedules, batch sample analysis, and temperature/sealing compliance.

5. Diagnosing app technical errors and improving mobile application performance.

We do NOT sell, rent, monetize, or share your personal information with any third-party advertisers or data brokers.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Service Providers

We only share information with reputable service providers acting strictly on our behalf under secure processing agreements:

• Cloud Infrastructure & Backend: Enterprise cloud servers hosted by Beyti and its corporate partners for database storage.

• Google Firebase (Google LLC): Firebase Crashlytics for crash logging and Firebase Cloud Messaging for operational push notifications. Data handled by Google services is subject to Google's applicable privacy and security practices.

• Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required to comply with applicable laws, court orders, or governmental regulations.

5. Data Security and Encryption

We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures to safeguard your information:

• Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between the App and our backend servers is encrypted using modern Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2 / TLS 1.3) over HTTPS.

• Encryption at Rest: Sensitive tokens and locally cached inspection data are stored using encrypted storage mechanisms, including hardware-backed security where supported by the device.

• ProGuard / Code Obfuscation: The application codebase is obfuscated to help protect against reverse engineering and unauthorized tampering.

6. Data Retention and Account Deletion

• Retention Period: Audit records and shipment logs are retained in accordance with Beyti corporate quality compliance and applicable regulatory archiving standards.

• User Rights & Data Deletion: Users or authorized partner personnel have the right to review their profile details or request account deactivation/data deletion, subject to applicable company policies and legal requirements.

7. Children's Privacy

The Ana Beyti application is an enterprise utility intended exclusively for adult professionals and authorized personnel aged 18 and older.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, or under 16 where a higher age threshold applies under applicable law.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or regulatory requirements.

Any updates will be published with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the App following any changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
