Sun Tracker – Sun Seeker (“we”, “our”, or “us”) values your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains in detail how information is collected, used, stored, and shared when you download, install, or use our iOS application. We believe in transparency, so this document is written to clearly explain our data practices in simple and understandable language. Sun Tracker – Sun Seeker is designed to function without requiring you to provide personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address. The app does not require account creation. However, certain technical and usage-related information may be collected automatically to ensure proper app functionality, improve performance, and enhance user experience. This information is collected in an aggregated and anonymous form and cannot be used to directly identify you as an individual.
The information collected may include device details such as device model, operating system version, app version, language settings, and general system information. Additionally, usage data such as the screens you visit, features you use, the duration of your sessions, and interactions with advertisements may be collected. This data helps us understand how users interact with the app so we can improve stability, fix bugs, and enhance future updates.

The app uses App Tracking Transparency (ATT) in compliance with Apple’s privacy guidelines. When you first use the app, you may be asked whether you allow tracking. If you choose to allow tracking, your device’s advertising identifier may be used by advertising partners to provide more relevant and personalized advertisements across other apps and websites. If you choose not to allow tracking, the app will continue to function normally, but you may see non-personalized advertisements instead. Your choice is respected and can be changed at any time through your iOS device settings.
The app also requires internet access to function properly. Internet connectivity is necessary to display advertisements, retrieve analytics data, verify in-app purchases and subscriptions, and enable third-party services such as crash reporting and performance monitoring. Internet permission is not used to access personal files or private content on your device.
Sun Tracker – Sun Seeker uses third-party services to support analytics, advertising, and app performance monitoring. These services may collect information according to their own privacy policies.
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the app. AdMob may collect information such as device identifiers, advertising interaction data, and general usage information. If you grant tracking permission through Apple’s ATT prompt, AdMob may use this data to provide personalized ads. If you do not grant permission, ads will be shown in a non-personalized manner.
We use Firebase, a Google service, to monitor app stability, performance, and crashes. Firebase helps us identify technical issues, improve app reliability, and understand general usage patterns. The data collected by Firebase is anonymous and does not personally identify users. It includes app launches, crash reports, and performance metrics.
We also use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to better understand how users interact with the app. GA4 collects aggregated data such as screen views, user engagement, session duration, and feature usage. This information is used solely for internal analysis and to improve app features and usability. We do not use analytics data to personally identify users.
In addition, the app uses Meta Audience Network to serve advertisements. Meta Audience Network may collect advertising identifiers, device information, and interaction data to display relevant ads. If you allow tracking, ads may be more personalized; otherwise, non-personalized ads will be displayed.
Sun Tracker – Sun Seeker offers optional subscriptions and in-app purchases that provide access to premium features or enhanced functionality. All purchases are processed securely through Apple’s App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, such as credit card numbers or billing details. Apple handles all transactions, payment processing, subscription management, and refunds.
Subscriptions may be offered on a recurring basis, such as weekly, monthly, or yearly plans. The price, billing cycle, and features included in each subscription are clearly displayed before you complete a purchase. Once purchased, the subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription once the trial period ends unless you cancel it beforehand. Only one free trial may be available per Apple ID. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
Users can manage or cancel their subscriptions at any time through their Apple ID settings on their iOS device. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription, and users are responsible for managing their subscriptions through Apple.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information collected through the app. Data transmitted between the app and third-party services is encrypted and handled using industry-standard security practices. While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Sun Tracker – Sun Seeker is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal data through the app, please contact us so we can promptly remove such information.
You have control over your privacy preferences. You can manage app tracking permissions, advertising preferences, and data access through your iOS device settings. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights regarding your data, including the right to request access, correction, or deletion of certain information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements, app features, or data practices. Any updates will be posted within the app or on the App Store listing. Continued use of Sun Tracker – Sun Seeker after changes are made indicates acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
