This Privacy Policy describes how FloorPro ("we", "our", or "the app") handles information when you use our mobile application.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
FloorPro is a fully offline application. All data you enter — including client information, job details, materials, expenses, invoices, and photos — is stored exclusively on your device using local storage (SQLite database and device file system).
We do not collect, transmit, or have access to any personal data you enter into the app.
The only external service used is Google AdMob, which may collect certain device information to display advertisements. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details: https://policies.google.com/privacy

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
All data stored in FloorPro is used solely to provide the features of the app on your device. We do not use your data for any other purpose.

3. DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION
All app data is stored locally on your device. Data remains on your device for as long as the app is installed.
You are in full control of your data at all times:
• You can delete individual records (clients, jobs, expenses, invoices, materials) at any time from within the app.
• You can delete ALL data at once using the "Clear All Data" option in the Settings screen.
• Uninstalling the app will permanently remove all app data from your device.
We do not retain any copies of your data on any server, as no data is ever sent outside your device.

4. HOW TO DELETE YOUR DATA
To delete your data from FloorPro:
Option A — Delete specific records:
Open any list (Jobs, Clients, Expenses, Invoices, or Materials), swipe or long-press on an item, and select Delete.
Option B — Delete all data at once:
Go to Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap "Clear All Data" → confirm. This will permanently erase all records from the app.
Option C — Uninstall the app:
Uninstalling FloorPro from your device will remove all associated data permanently.

5. PHOTOS AND FILES
Photos attached to jobs or expense receipts are stored in your device's local app storage. These photos are not shared with any third party. Deleting a job or expense will not automatically delete the associated photo file from storage; you can manage photos directly through the job or expense detail screen, or clear all data via Settings.

6. BACKUP AND RESTORE
The backup feature exports your data (including photos) as a ZIP file to your device storage. This file is created locally and is only shared when you explicitly choose to share it using the device's sharing feature. We have no access to this backup file.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The app uses Google AdMob to display banner advertisements. AdMob may collect:
• Device identifiers (Advertising ID)
• IP address
• Approximate location (based on IP)
• App usage data

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
FloorPro is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
