1. OVERVIEW
Event Staff Commander ("the App") is an offline staff management application for event managers. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, how long it is kept, and how you can request its deletion.
The App is designed to work entirely on your device without sending any personal data to external servers.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
2.1 Data You Enter Directly
All data you enter into the App is stored locally on your device only. This includes:
- Staff names, roles, departments, phone numbers, email addresses, and emergency contacts
- Staff profile photos
- Event shift schedules and locations
- Shift assignment and attendance records
- Leave requests
- Announcements
This data is never transmitted to our servers. We do not have access to it.
2.2 Device Storage
The App stores data in a local SQLite database on your device and saves staff photos in the device's local storage directory. No data leaves your device unless you explicitly use the backup or share features.
2.3 Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google AdMob may automatically collect certain information to serve relevant ads, including:
- Advertising identifiers (Android Advertising ID)
- Device type and operating system version
- General location (country or region level)
- App usage data for ad performance
This data is collected and processed by Google under Google's own Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings:
Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
The data you enter is used solely to provide the features of the App on your device:
- Displaying staff profiles and schedules
- Generating PDF reports
- Tracking attendance and leave status
- Creating backup files at your request
We do not use your data for marketing, analytics, or any purpose beyond operating the App's features on your device.

4. DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION
4.1 Where Data Is Stored
All app data is stored locally on your device in:
- A SQLite database file in the app's private documents directory
- A photos folder in the app's private documents directory
4.2 How Long Data Is Retained
Your data remains on your device for as long as you keep the App installed, or until you delete it manually. The App does not automatically delete any data.
Data is retained indefinitely on your device unless you:
- Use the "Clear All Data" function in Settings to erase all records
- Uninstall the App, which removes all locally stored data from your device
- Manually delete individual staff records, shifts, or other entries within the App
4.3 Backup Files
If you use the Backup feature, a ZIP file is created and saved to your device's temporary storage, then shared via the share dialog. Once shared, that file is under your control and subject to the policies of whatever service you share it to (email, cloud storage, etc.).

5. HOW TO DELETE YOUR DATA
You have full control over your data. You can delete it in the following ways:
Option A — Delete specific records:
Open any staff profile, shift, or other record and use the delete button to remove it individually.
Option B — Delete all data at once:
Go to Settings > Data > Clear All Data. This permanently erases all staff records, shifts, attendance logs, announcements, leave requests, and any data stored by the App.
Option C — Uninstall the App:
Uninstalling Event Staff Commander from your device will remove all locally stored data, including the database and photos.

6. DATA SHARING
We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal data with any third party, except:
- Google AdMob, solely for the purpose of displaying advertisements (as described in Section 2.3)
- Any service you personally choose when using the Share or Backup features (this is entirely your decision and under your control)

7. DATA SECURITY
All data is stored locally on your device and protected by your device's own security mechanisms (screen lock, encryption). We do not store any of your data on external servers, so there is no risk of a server-side data breach affecting your records.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the App, please contact us at laptrinhungdungcoich@gmail.com so we can take appropriate action.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App uses the following third-party service:
- Google AdMob (advertising) — Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
No other third-party SDKs, analytics tools, crash reporters, or tracking libraries are used.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
