Enough (app.enough.hydration) is a water tracker for Android. This policy describes what the app does with your information. It is short because the app does very little: there is no account, no server of ours, and your hydration record stays on your phone.
Enough is published by spolvero.design.
You can reach us at spolvero.design@gmail.com.
We do not ask you to create an account.
We never ask for your name or email address.
Your drinks, body details, and hydration target are stored on your device.
We cannot see this information.
Your information is not uploaded to our servers or shared with third parties.
We do not sell your data.
We do not use analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting services.
The current version of the app contains no advertising SDK.
Two optional features use the internet: Health Connect and the local weather forecast. Neither sends your hydration or health information to us.
Enough stores the following information in the app's private storage:
The drinks you log, including the amount, drink type, and time.
Your body details, including sex and weight, if you provide them.
The standard you choose for calculating your target.
Your daily hydration target, including a custom target if you set one.
Your reminder hours and whether reminders are enabled.
Whether you have the paid tier.
Whether the weather forecast feature is enabled.
Readings retrieved from Health Connect, if you connect it.
This information stays in the app's private storage on your device. We do not have a copy of it.
If you choose to connect Enough to Health Connect, the app asks for permission to read:
Exercise.
Active calories burned.
Steps.
Body temperature.
Weight.
Sleep.
Hydration.
Enough may also request permission to write hydration records so drinks logged in Enough can appear in your other Health Connect apps.
Health Connect data is processed on your device and is used only to calculate and explain your hydration target for the day.
Health Connect data is not transmitted to us.
Health Connect data is not transmitted to third parties by Enough.
Health Connect data is never used for advertising.
The advertising code cannot access your health or hydration values.
You can withdraw Health Connect permissions at any time through Health Connect or Android Settings → Security & privacy → Health Connect.
Enough continues to work without Health Connect.
Hydration records that Enough has already written to Health Connect remain under Health Connect's control. Uninstalling Enough does not delete those records. If you want them removed, delete them through Health Connect.
The local weather forecast is off unless you turn it on.
When the feature is enabled:
Enough requests approximate location only using ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION.
Enough never requests precise location.
Before leaving your device, your coordinates are rounded to roughly 11 kilometres.
The rounded coordinates are sent to Open-Meteo (api.open-meteo.com) to retrieve a temperature forecast.
No account identifier is sent.
No advertising identifier is sent.
No information about your drinks or hydration is sent.
Your location is not stored by Enough.
Your location is never attached to an individual drink you log.
Open-Meteo's privacy policy is available at https://open-meteo.com/en/terms. Weather data is provided by Open-Meteo.com.
If you turn the weather feature off, Enough does not request your location and does not send a weather request.
The current version of Enough contains no advertising SDK.
Any spaces reserved for advertisements are inactive placeholders. They:
Do not load advertisements.
Do not make advertising network requests.
Do not collect advertising data.
Do not track you.
If advertising is added in a future version, this privacy policy will be updated before that version is released. The Google Play listing will also be updated to indicate that the app contains advertising, and consent will be requested where legally required.
Enough contains:
No analytics SDK.
No crash-reporting service.
No attribution SDK.
No tracking library.
We do not receive usage information about you, including whether you opened or used the app.
If you purchase the paid tier, the transaction is handled by Google Play Billing.
Enough does not receive or store your:
Credit card information.
Bank details.
Payment credentials.
Google Play provides the app with information about whether your purchase entitlement is active.
Google's handling of payments is governed by Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.
Enough does not store your hydration data on a server, so you do not need to contact us to delete it.
You can:
Delete all Enough data: Uninstall Enough. Android deletes the app's private storage and your local record is permanently removed.
Delete individual drinks: Delete them directly in the app.
Remove Health Connect access: Withdraw the permissions through Health Connect.
Delete hydration written to Health Connect: Remove those records through Health Connect.
There is no account to close because Enough does not have user accounts.
Enough is not directed at children and is not distributed through Google Play's Families programme.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone of any age because Enough does not collect personal information on a server.
Privacy laws, including the GDPR in the EU and UK and applicable US state privacy laws, may provide rights relating to personal data.
Because Enough does not maintain a server containing your personal information:
We do not have an account containing your personal data.
We do not maintain a database of your hydration records.
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not have your local hydration history to retrieve or delete.
Your local data remains under your control on your device.
If you believe that Enough nevertheless holds personal information about you, contact us at spolvero.design@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Enough is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
The hydration standards referenced by the app, including EFSA (2010), the US Institute of Medicine (2004/2005), and ICMR-NIN (2020), are population-level guidelines and are not individual medical prescriptions.
If you have a kidney, heart, or liver condition, or if you are pregnant, follow the hydration guidance provided by your healthcare professional rather than relying on the target calculated by Enough.
If this privacy policy changes, the date at the top will be updated.
The updated policy will be published at this address before the version of Enough it describes is released.
Material changes — particularly any future change that causes information currently kept only on your device to be collected or transmitted — will be communicated to you within the app.
