This Privacy Policy describes how EngravePro ("the App") handles your information. Please read this policy carefully before using the App.

1. OVERVIEW
EngravePro is an offline application. The App does not connect to the internet, does not collect any personal data from users, and does not transmit any information to external servers, third parties, or the developer.

2. DATA COLLECTED AND STORED
All data you enter into the App is stored locally on your device only. This includes:
- Job information (titles, descriptions, dimensions, prices, dates, status, photos)
- Customer information (name, phone number, email address, physical address, notes)
- Materials and inventory data (material names, quantities, prices)
- Financial data (income records, expense records, amounts)
- Photos taken or selected for jobs (stored in the app's local directory)
This data is never transmitted to any server, cloud service, or third party. It exists solely on your device.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google AdMob may collect certain information on your device, such as:
- Advertising ID (Android Advertising ID)
- IP address
- App usage data

4. PERMISSIONS USED
The App may request the following device permissions:
- CAMERA: To take photos and attach them to jobs. Photos are stored locally on your device only.
- READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: To select photos from your gallery. Photos are copied to the app's local storage and not shared externally.
- WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: To save backup files to your device storage.
- INTERNET: Required by Google AdMob to display advertisements.
All permissions are used solely for the stated purpose and to operate the app's features.

5. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Your Data Retention:
All data you create in EngravePro (customers, jobs, materials, expenses, photos) is stored locally on your device for as long as you choose to keep it. The App does not impose any time limit on how long your data is stored.
How to Delete Your Data:
You can delete your data in the following ways:
a) Delete individual records: Go to the relevant screen (Jobs, Customers, Materials, Finance) and use the delete button to remove individual entries. Deleted records are permanently removed from your device immediately.
b) Delete all data: Uninstalling the App from your device will permanently delete all app data, including the database file and all photos stored by the App.
c) Clear App Data: On your Android device, go to Settings → Apps → EngravePro → Storage → Clear Data. This will permanently delete all data stored by the App.
There is no account or cloud storage involved, so no request to the developer is necessary for data deletion. Deleting the app or clearing app data completely removes all information.

6. DATA SECURITY
Since all data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data depends on your device's security measures (screen lock, encryption, etc.). The App does not implement additional encryption beyond what your Android operating system provides.
We recommend:
- Keeping your device's operating system updated
- Using a screen lock on your device
- Using the App's built-in backup feature to save copies of your data

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
EngravePro is not directed at children under the age of 13. The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since the App is offline and stores all data locally, no data from any user, including children, is transmitted to external parties.

8. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
