Privacy Contact: uniqueapps326@gmail.com
Important: This Privacy Policy describes the intended data practices of the App based on the information currently available. Certain details concerning SDK configuration, data retention periods, DPO and representative contact information, and advertising data flows must be verified before publication.
Phone Call App (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Dual Space – Parallel Clone App (“Dual Space,” the “App,” or the “Service”) accesses, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the App.
Dual Space allows you to create and manage separate instances of supported applications so that you can use multiple accounts on one Android device. Features may include running cloned applications, managing separate logins, receiving notifications, selecting media, and using a Private Vault to store selected photos and videos.
This Policy applies to our App and the information we process in connection with its features. It does not replace the privacy policies of third-party applications that you run inside Dual Space.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy. Where applicable law requires consent for a particular processing activity, we will request that consent separately. Merely using the App does not replace consent where consent is legally required.
The entity responsible for the processing described in this Policy is:
Developer / Data Controller: Phone Call App
Privacy email:uniqueapps326@gmail.com
Business address: Not separately provided. Contact us by email for privacy-related matters.
We have indicated that a Data Protection Officer has been appointed.
DPO email or contact method: uniqueapps326@gmail.com
Dual Space provides an environment in which supported third-party applications can run separately from their original installations. This allows you to use more than one account in supported apps.
The App may need Android permissions so that applications running inside Dual Space can use features such as the camera, microphone, contacts, location, media files, and notifications.
The permissions are managed through Dual Space because cloned applications may not be able to request those permissions independently from Android.
The original applications installed outside Dual Space are not modified by the cloning process. However, cloned applications may process information through their own services, servers, accounts, and third-party SDKs.
The information processed depends on the features you use, permissions you grant, your device and Android version, and the configuration of third-party SDKs.
The App or its integrated services may process technical information such as:
Device model and manufacturer.
Android version and operating-system information.
App version and diagnostic information.
Language, time zone, and general configuration information.
Network connection status and Wi-Fi state.
Technical identifiers used by analytics, crash reporting, or advertising services, where enabled.
Firebase Analytics may process app usage events and related technical information to help us understand feature use and improve the App.
Firebase Crashlytics may process crash reports, error details, app state information, device information, and related diagnostic identifiers to help us identify and fix problems.
The exact events, identifiers, logs, and diagnostic fields collected depend on our SDK versions and configuration. These details must be checked against the production build before publication.
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. Depending on your consent choices, device settings, and the advertising configuration, AdMob may process information such as:
Advertising ID or other advertising-related identifiers.
Ad impressions, interactions, and performance information.
Technical information used to deliver, measure, limit, or personalize advertisements.
Consent and privacy-choice signals.
The availability of personalized advertising depends on applicable law, consent requirements, and device or service settings.
Dual Space may access information about applications relevant to its cloning and management functionality.
Installed-application information used by the cloning functionality is processed locally on your device. We do not intentionally upload this installed-app inventory to our own servers for our independent use.
This statement does not mean that no other information is collected by analytics, crash-reporting, advertising, or cloned third-party applications. Those data flows are described separately in this Policy.
If you select media for use in a cloned application or the Private Vault, the App may access the selected photos, videos, or audio files as permitted by Android.
The App does not need unrestricted access to every media file for every feature. Where Android offers a selected-media permission, you may be able to grant access only to selected items.
If a cloned application offers a feature that requires the camera or microphone, Dual Space may use the corresponding permission to enable that feature.
Examples include taking a photo, recording video, making a video call, recording a voice message, or participating in a voice call.
Camera and microphone access is used to support the relevant feature you initiate. The exact handling of the resulting audio or video may be controlled by the cloned application and its service provider.
If you grant permission and use a cloned application feature that needs it, Dual Space may allow that application to access:
Contacts, for displaying or selecting contacts.
Approximate location, based on network or other permitted location information.
Precise location, where the feature requests and you grant the relevant permission.
For example, a cloned messaging application may request location access to let you share your location in a conversation. The cloned application’s provider may then process the location information under its own privacy policy.
The Private Vault lets you place selected photos and videos in a protected area within the App.
Vault content is stored locally on your device according to the App’s implementation. Biometric authentication may be used to unlock the Vault if your device and settings support it.
We do not intentionally upload Private Vault media to our own servers. The precise encryption, key-storage, device-backup, and uninstall behaviour must be confirmed against the actual implementation. Do not assume that Vault content is encrypted merely because the feature is protected by a PIN or biometric authentication.
If you email us, we may process your email address, message content, and information you choose to provide so that we can respond to your request, investigate an issue, or maintain relevant support records.
Please do not send passwords, authentication codes, private conversations, or unnecessary sensitive information to our support address.
Third-party applications operating inside Dual Space may collect account details, messages, contacts, media, location, device information, and other data according to their own features and permissions.
The relevant third-party provider determines how its service processes information through its servers and accounts. Please review that provider’s privacy policy and account settings.

Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we rely on the legal basis appropriate to the relevant processing activity.
We may process information where necessary to provide features you request, operate the App, or perform our obligations to you.
We rely on consent where required by law, including for relevant optional permissions, analytics or advertising activities, and personalized advertising where applicable.
You can withdraw consent through the relevant consent or privacy controls, where available. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed before withdrawal.
Where permitted by law, we may process limited information for legitimate interests such as app security, fraud prevention, crash diagnosis, service reliability, and improvement of our features.
We consider the impact on your privacy and rights before relying on this basis. Where required, you may object to processing based on legitimate interests.
We may process or retain information where necessary to comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
The appropriate legal basis depends on the specific information, purpose, and jurisdiction. We do not claim that one legal basis applies to every activity.
For users in Brazil, the applicable legal basis will be assessed under the LGPD. The legal bases available under Brazilian law may differ from those under the GDPR.
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. Depending on the configuration and your choices, Google may process advertising identifiers, technical information, ad interaction information, and related data to provide or measure ads.
Where required, we provide an advertising consent mechanism and opt-out controls. You may also review your Android or Google advertising settings.
Disabling personalized advertising may not remove all advertisements. You may continue to see contextual or non-personalized ads.
We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used and to improve its features. Depending on the configuration, it may process app events, technical information, and related identifiers.
The exact events, collection settings, retention periods, and any consent-based restrictions must be verified in the production Firebase configuration.
We use Firebase Crashlytics to identify crashes and diagnose technical problems. Depending on configuration, crash reports may contain device and app information, stack traces, diagnostic details, and identifiers.
We should configure logging to avoid including passwords, private messages, Vault content, or other unnecessary sensitive information in crash reports.
Google and other service providers process information under their applicable terms and privacy policies. Their processing, retention, and international transfers may be governed by their own configurations and policies.
We do not control the independent data practices of third-party applications that you run inside Dual Space.
We may disclose information in the following circumstances:
Service providers: to providers such as Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics, as required for advertising, analytics, diagnostics, and app operation.
Legal requirements: when required by law, a valid court order, or another legally binding request.
Security and legal claims: when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect users, address security incidents, or establish or defend legal claims.
Business changes: in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of relevant business assets, subject to applicable law and appropriate safeguards.
We do not intentionally upload the installed-app inventory used by the cloning functionality or Private Vault media to our own servers for our independent use.
We do not receive money in exchange for directly selling personal information as described in this Policy. However, whether an advertising-related disclosure qualifies as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under a particular privacy law depends on the actual data flow and the legal definition. We will not treat this statement as a definitive legal conclusion until our advertising configuration has been reviewed.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
Installed-app information: processed locally for the App’s cloning functionality. We do not intentionally upload this inventory to our own servers for independent use.
Private Vault content: intended to remain on your device until you remove it or delete the relevant App data. Actual behaviour may depend on the device, backup settings, and implementation.
Clones and associated local data: when you remove a clone using the App’s removal function, the clone and its associated local data are deleted from the App’s environment. This does not necessarily delete data held by the third-party provider on its servers.
Support emails: retained as long as necessary to respond to and document the request, and longer where required for legal claims, security, or legal obligations.
Firebase Analytics information: retained according to the retention settings configured in Firebase Analytics and applicable provider policies.
Firebase Crashlytics information: retained according to applicable service behaviour, configuration, and provider policies.
Advertising information: handled according to AdMob settings, applicable provider policies, and legal requirements.
Exact retention periods for Firebase and AdMob have not been provided and must be verified in the production configuration. We will delete or anonymize information when it is no longer required, where reasonably possible and legally required.
Uninstalling the App or deleting local data may not delete information already transmitted to third-party providers or information stored by a cloned application on its own servers.
The Private Vault is designed to help you keep selected photos and videos separate from ordinary use of the App. Access may be protected by a PIN or biometric authentication, depending on the available features and settings.
You are responsible for keeping your PIN and device credentials secure.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information we process. However, no app, device, or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We have not confirmed the Vault’s encryption method, key-storage implementation, backup behaviour, or recoverability after uninstalling the App. We therefore do not promise that Vault content is encrypted or recoverable unless the released implementation supports that claim.
You can exercise the following choices, subject to Android capabilities and applicable law:
Grant, deny, or revoke Android permissions through your device settings.
Choose selected photos and videos where supported by Android.
Avoid using features that require camera, microphone, contact, or location access.
Manage advertising preferences through the consent and privacy controls made available in the App.
Review your device or Google advertising settings.
Remove a clone and its associated local data through the App’s removal function.
Remove selected items from the Private Vault.
Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other rights described in this Policy.
Revoking a permission may prevent the corresponding feature from working. Removing a clone may not delete information already stored by the third-party application provider.
