# Privacy Policy — DrawLens

DrawLens is an AR drawing-tracing app that projects reference images onto real paper, canvas, or walls through your device's camera so you can trace them. This policy explains what information the app handles, what stays on your device, and what is shared with the service providers that keep the app running.
## The short version
- **No account, no sign-up.** We never ask for your name, email address, or password.
- **Your camera feed and drawings never leave your device.** AR processing happens entirely on-device.
- **Photos you choose to trace stay on your device.** They are not uploaded anywhere.
- We use a small number of service providers for **purchases (RevenueCat)**, **usage analytics (Firebase)**, and **install attribution (Adjust, Apple Search Ads)**, described below.
## 1. Information processed on your device only
The following never leaves your device and is never accessible to us:
- **Camera feed.** DrawLens uses Apple's ARKit to display your chosen image over the paper through the camera. The camera feed is processed live, on-device, by iOS. It is not recorded, stored, or transmitted.
- **Photos you select.** When you pick an image from your photo library to trace, it is processed on-device (for example, the "lines only" filter) and used only inside your AR session.
- **Onboarding answers.** Your answers to the setup questions (what you like to draw, skill level, drawing surfaces, etc.) are stored locally on your device to personalize the catalog order and messaging. They are not transmitted to our servers.
## 2. Information shared with service providers
We do not run our own servers for DrawLens. The app shares limited data with the following processors:
### RevenueCat (purchases)
When you view a paywall or make a purchase, RevenueCat, Inc. processes your purchase on our behalf: an anonymous random app user identifier, Apple purchase receipt data, product identifiers, prices, and subscription status. This is required to unlock your purchases, restore them on a new device, and handle the free trial correctly. RevenueCat does not receive your name or Apple ID. ### Google Firebase Analytics (usage analytics)
We collect anonymous usage events — for example which onboarding step was viewed, which paywall was shown or closed, which catalog template was tapped, and whether a purchase completed — together with standard device information (device model, OS version, country, app version) and Apple's app-instance identifier. We use this to understand which features are used and to improve the app. See [Google's privacy policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy).
### Adjust (install attribution)
Adjust GmbH helps us understand which advertising campaign brought you to DrawLens, so we can measure advertising efficiently. Adjust processes device information (device model, OS version, IP address used to derive coarse location and then discarded per Adjust policy), installation and session timestamps, and — **only if you allow tracking in the iOS prompt** — the advertising identifier (IDFA). If you decline, attribution is performed without the IDFA using Apple's privacy-preserving SKAdNetwork. See [Adjust's privacy policy](https://www.adjust.com/terms/privacy-policy/).
### Apple Search Ads attribution
If you installed DrawLens after tapping an Apple Search Ads ad, we receive attribution information from Apple's AdServices framework (campaign and ad-group identifiers). This token contains no personally identifying information.
### Apple
Payments are processed entirely by Apple through your App Store account. We never see your payment details. Apple's handling of your data is governed by [Apple's privacy policy](https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/).
## 3. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
DrawLens shows the standard iOS tracking permission prompt. Allowing it lets Adjust use the IDFA for more accurate ad-campaign measurement. Declining it does not limit any app functionality — every feature works identically. You can change your choice anytime in iOS **Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking**.
## 4. What we do NOT do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not collect your name, email, contacts, or precise location.
- We do not record or store your camera feed or your artwork.
- We do not show third-party ads inside the app.
- We do not knowingly collect data from children. DrawLens does not require any personal information to use; if you believe a child has provided personal data through our support channel, contact us and we will delete it.
## 5. Data retention
Analytics and attribution data are retained by the providers above per their standard retention schedules (Firebase Analytics: up to 14 months; Adjust and RevenueCat: for as long as needed to provide attribution and purchase services). Purchase records are kept as long as required to honor your purchases and meet legal obligations. Data stored on your device (onboarding answers, preferences) remains until you delete the app.
## 6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, the Turkish KVKK, and the CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or withdraw consent. Because we hold no account data ourselves, most data about you is held pseudonymously by the processors above; we will help you exercise your rights with them. Contact us at **support@limbicapps.com** and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
To reset the identifiers used by analytics and attribution, you can: disable tracking in iOS Settings, reset your advertising identifier, or simply delete and reinstall the app (which generates new anonymous identifiers).
## 7. International transfers
The providers listed above may process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union, under standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards maintained by each provider.
## 8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, an in-app notice. Continued use of DrawLens after changes means you accept the updated policy.
