Privacy Policy
Contract Manager is an offline-first application. All contract data, contract types, notes, and attachments are stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or share your personal information with any third party.
Our app requests the following permissions only when the user chooses to attach a file to a contract:
READ_MEDIA_IMAGES – Used when you select an image (e.g., a photo of a signed contract) to attach to your contract entry.
READ_MEDIA_VIDEO – Used when you select a video file to attach to your contract entry.
⚠️ These permissions are used one-time only, at the moment you select a file via the Android system file picker.
The app does not automatically scan, collect, or continuously access your photos or videos.
All contract data, including attachments, are stored only on your device. The app does not upload your data to any server.
The app uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display banner ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID) for personalized or non-personalized ads, depending on your consent settings.

You may choose not to add attachments. In that case, the app will never request access to your media files.
You may clear or delete contracts and attachments at any time from within the app.
You can also manage app permissions (including Media access) in your device settings.
