This Privacy Policy explains how CobblePro ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use our application. Please read this policy carefully.

1. OVERVIEW
CobblePro is designed as a fully offline application. The App does not require user registration, login, or an internet connection to function. All data you enter — including job records, customer information, photos, expenses, and inventory — is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to any external server operated by us.

2. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT
We do not collect, store, or transmit:
- Your name, email address, or any personal account information
- Your repair job records, customer names, or business data
- Photos taken or stored within the App
- Financial or expense records you enter
- Your location

3. DATA STORED LOCALLY ON YOUR DEVICE
All data you create in CobblePro (jobs, customers, services, materials, expenses, photos) is stored in a local SQLite database and a local photos folder on your device. This data:
- Is never sent to our servers or any third-party server (except as noted in Section 4 regarding advertising)
- Remains on your device until you uninstall the App or use the "Clear All Data" function
- Can be exported as a ZIP backup file at any time using the Backup feature

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES — GOOGLE ADMOB
The App displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob is operated by Google LLC and may collect certain data on your device to serve advertisements. This may include:
- Advertising ID (resettable device identifier)
- IP address (used to determine approximate location for ad targeting)
- App usage information
Google AdMob's data collection and use are governed by Google's Privacy Policy:

You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings:

We do not have access to, or control over, data collected by Google AdMob.

5. DATA RETENTION
All data you enter into CobblePro is retained on your device for as long as the App is installed and you choose to keep it. We do not retain any of your data on external servers.
Specifically:
- Job records, customer data, expenses, and inventory remain on your device until you delete them individually within the App, use the "Clear All Data" function in Settings, or uninstall the App.
- Photos stored by the App are saved in your device's application documents directory and are retained until deleted within the App or removed when the App is uninstalled.
- Backup ZIP files you create are stored in the location you choose (e.g., shared to cloud storage or downloaded) and are managed entirely by you.

6. HOW TO DELETE YOUR DATA
You have full control over your data at all times. You can delete your data in the following ways:
a) Delete individual records: Open any job, customer, expense, or material and use the delete option.
b) Clear all data at once: Go to Settings → Clear All Data. This permanently deletes all records, photos, and app data from your device.
c) Uninstall the App: Uninstalling CobblePro from your device removes all locally stored data, including the database and photos.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no recovery option after deletion.

7. BACKUP DATA
The App provides an optional Backup feature that creates a ZIP file containing your database and photos. This file is created on your device and shared using your device's native sharing function (e.g., email, cloud storage, messaging apps). We do not receive, process, or store this backup file. You are solely responsible for the security and management of any backup files you create.

8. PERMISSIONS
The App may request the following Android permissions:
- INTERNET: Required for Google AdMob to display advertisements.
- READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: To allow you to select photos from your gallery for job records.
- CAMERA: To allow you to take photos with your camera for job records.
These permissions are used only for the stated purposes and do not enable data transmission to us.

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
CobblePro is intended for use by adult professionals (cobblers and shoe repair technicians). The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us at the email below so we can address the situation.

10. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
