Northflow Labs ("we," "our," or "us") operates the CashBridge mobile application (the "App").
We are highly committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding information collection, use, and disclosure when you use our App.
Because CashBridge is designed as a fully offline utility tool, we operate with an absolute privacy model. Please read this policy carefully to understand how your information is handled.
1. NO COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
CashBridge does not collect, store, transmit, or share any Personal Data or Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
No Registration: You do not need to create an account, log in, or provide any personal details (such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address) to use the App.
No Bank Integration: The App does not link to your bank accounts, credit cards, or any other financial institutions. We never ask for, collect, or store your bank credentials or account numbers.
2. NO COLLECTION OF FINANCIAL DATA
All financial planning and calculation data, including but not limited to:
* Your available cash balances,
* Your upcoming bills and expense details,
* Your loan calculations, interest rates, and loan terms,
**is processed exclusively on your mobile device.**
This data is stored locally in the App's secure private storage on your device. We do not have access to this data, we do not upload it to any external servers, and we do not monitor your financial planning activities.
3. NO THIRD-PARTY SERVICES OR TRACKERS
To ensure maximum security and privacy, CashBridge:
* Does **NOT** use any third-party analytics SDKs (such as Google Analytics or Firebase).
* Does **NOT** use any third-party advertising networks or tracking SDKs.
* Does **NOT** use cookies or other tracking technologies.
4. DATA SECURITY
Since all your data remains on your physical device, the security of your data relies on your device’s security. We recommend securing your mobile device with a passcode, PIN, fingerprint, or facial recognition to prevent unauthorized local access to your financial plans.
If you delete the App from your device, all locally stored data and calculations will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY (COPPA COMPLIANCE)
Our App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Because we do not collect any personal information from any user, CashBridge is fully compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
6. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS (CCPA/CPRA COMPLIANCE)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have specific rights regarding their personal information.
Because Northflow Labs does not collect, store, sell, or share any personal information of any consumers, we do not maintain data pipelines or databases to process consumer rights requests. Your privacy is fully preserved by default.
7. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App or on our official store listing page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
