Northflow Labs ("we," "our," or "us") operates the CashBridge mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use CashBridge.

LOCAL APP DATA

CashBridge's core budgeting and calculator tools work locally on your device.

Information you enter into these tools, including balances, bills, expenses, budget calculations, and loan calculator inputs, is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to Northflow Labs servers.

No account or bank connection is required to use these core features.

OPTIONAL LOAN FACILITATION

CashBridge is not a lender. We do not issue, fund, service, approve, or make credit decisions on loans.

If you choose to explore personal loan options, CashBridge may connect you with independent third-party loan providers, lending partners, and service providers.

Personal information that you voluntarily submit through a loan request form may include contact information, identity-related information, employment or income information, and information related to your loan request.

This information may be transmitted to and processed by third parties for purposes such as processing your request, determining whether loan options may be available, contacting you regarding your request, and meeting legal or regulatory requirements.

Use of the loan facilitation feature is optional.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Third-party loan providers, lending partners, and service providers operate independently and handle information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

Please review any privacy notices presented during the loan request process before submitting personal information.

DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Information stored locally by CashBridge remains on your device until you delete it, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App.

Deleting CashBridge does not delete information that you previously submitted to an independent third party. Requests regarding information held by a third party should be directed to that party according to its privacy policy.

SECURITY

We use reasonable measures to protect information under our control. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

CashBridge is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

The optional loan facilitation feature is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old or have reached the applicable age of majority required to enter into financial agreements.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updated version will include a revised "Last Updated" date.
