Overview
This privacy policy explains how Super Cloud ("we", "our", "us") and the mobile application "Car ID - AI Car Identifier" (the "App") collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App on the Apple App Store or Google Play.
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Information We Collect
We keep data collection to the minimum needed for the App to work. The App does NOT require an account, and we do NOT collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, or any other personal identifier.
A. Photos you take for identification
When you point the camera at a car and start an identification, the App captures a photo and sends it to our AI recognition service so we can return an identification result (make, model, year, and rarity).
We do NOT store these photos on our servers. They are processed only to produce the identification result.
Identification history and cars you save to your garage are stored locally on your device only. You can delete them at any time from within the App.
B. Advertising identifiers
The App shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your device advertising identifier (such as the Android Advertising ID or Apple's IDFA), device type, and coarse usage data to serve and measure ads. This data is handled by Google under its own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
C. Purchase and subscription information
The App offers an optional "Pro" subscription through the Apple App Store and Google Play in-app purchase systems, managed by RevenueCat. We do NOT see or store your credit card or other payment details. The stores and RevenueCat only confirm whether a purchase was made so we can unlock Pro features.
D. Analytics and crash data (if you keep the default integration)
The App may collect anonymous, aggregate analytics and crash reports (for example device model, OS version, and the error itself) to help us fix bugs and improve the App. This data cannot be used to identify you.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above for the following purposes only:
To provide the car identification feature you request;
To operate, maintain, and improve the App;
To show and measure advertising;
To process and verify your optional subscription;
To diagnose crashes and technical issues.
We do NOT sell your personal information, and we do NOT use your photos for any purpose other than the identification you request.
Third-Party Services and Data Sharing
To provide the App's features, your information may be shared with the following service providers, only to the extent needed:
A. AI recognition providers
Your photo is transmitted to a third-party AI provider to be analyzed for the identification result. The App currently routes recognition through Zhipu AI (China) with Google Gemini (United States) as fallback. Your photo is not retained by us; processing is handled by the respective provider according to their policies.
B. Google AdMob
Serves advertising in the free version. See https://policies.google.com/privacy
C. RevenueCat Inc.
Processes subscription entitlements across platforms. See https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy/
D. Apple Inc. and Google LLC
Operate the App Store / Google Play, including purchases, refunds, and delivery of the App.
We do not share your information with any other third party for their own marketing purposes.
International Data Transfers
Because our AI providers and advertising partners operate globally, the photo you submit for identification and other technical data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence, including in China and the United States. We rely on appropriate safeguards and standard contractual clauses where required by applicable law.
Data Retention and Security
Photos: not retained by us after processing.
On-device identification history and garage data: remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data we process. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the higher minimum age required by local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at justin7858@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EU/EEA under the GDPR, the UK, Brazil under the LGPD, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to:
Access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you;
Object to or restrict certain processing;
Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent;
Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Because we store almost no personal data on our servers, most of the above can be fulfilled simply by deleting the App's data from your device. For anything else, email us at justin7858@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Your Choices
Ads: you can reset or limit the advertising identifier in your device settings, or opt out of personalized ads via the ad settings (https://adssettings.google.com). You can also remove ads permanently by purchasing the Pro subscription.
Identification history / garage: you can delete individual records or clear all data from within the App's settings.
Camera permission: if you deny camera access, the identification feature will not work, but you can still browse the encyclopedia and other content.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the new version on this page and update the Effective Date at the top. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

If your App does NOT show ads, delete section 2.B and 4.B.

If your AI provider list differs from "Zhipu AI + Google Gemini", update section 4.A to name the providers you actually use.
Confirm the App does not upload photos to a server you control. If it does (e.g. a backend database), you must add a data-retention paragraph for server-stored photos instead of the "not retained" statement.
