This Privacy Policy describes how Cafe Staff Commander ("the App", "we", "our")
collects, uses, and handles information when you use our mobile application.

1. OVERVIEW

Cafe Staff Commander is an offline-only application designed for cafe managers
to manage staff schedules, KPIs, leave requests, and announcements. The App
does not require an account, does not connect to any server, and does not
transmit any personal data over the internet.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

The App stores data only on your device. This data includes:
a) Staff Data — names, phone numbers, email addresses, roles, hire dates,
and optional staff photos that you manually enter into the App.
b) Operational Data — shift schedules, KPI records, order records, leave
requests, and announcements that you create within the App.
c) App Preferences — your selected language and theme (light/dark mode),
stored locally on your device.
We do NOT collect:
• Device identifiers or hardware information
• Location data
• Browsing history
• Usage analytics or crash reports
• Any data from staff members themselves (all data is entered manually
by the app user/manager)

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

All information stored in the App is used solely to provide the features
of the App to you, including displaying staff records, generating PDF
schedules, and tracking KPIs. No information is used for advertising
profiling, analytics, or any other purpose beyond the core app functions.

4. DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION
─────────────────────────────────────────
All app data is stored locally on your device in a SQLite database file
located in the app's private storage directory. No data is stored on
external servers or cloud services.
Data is retained as long as:
• The App is installed on your device, OR
• You have not manually deleted it through the App's built-in tools.
You have full control over how long your data is kept.

5. HOW TO DELETE YOUR DATA

You can delete your data at any time using the following methods:
a) Delete individual records — open any staff profile, shift, KPI record,
leave request, or announcement and use the delete option to remove it.
b) Delete all data — uninstalling the App from your device permanently
removes all data stored by the App, including the database file and
any staff photos saved in the App's private storage.
c) Selective data management — use the App's built-in backup feature to
export your data before deletion if you wish to keep a copy.
There is no account to delete because the App does not require registration.

6. PERMISSIONS

The App may request the following device permissions:
• Camera — to take photos of staff members. Photos are saved locally on
your device only.
• Storage (Read/Write) — to save and access backup files and staff photos.
• Internet — required by the Google AdMob advertising SDK to display
banner advertisements (see Section 7).

7. ADVERTISING (GOOGLE ADMOB)

The App displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may
collect certain information to serve relevant ads, including:
• Your device's advertising ID
• General location based on IP address
• Interaction data with displayed ads
This data is collected and processed by Google LLC under their own Privacy
Policy. We do not receive or store this advertising data. To learn more

8. SHARING OF INFORMATION

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share any information stored in the App
with any third party.
When you use the App's built-in share features (such as sharing a PDF
schedule or a backup ZIP file), the data is shared through your device's
standard sharing system (for example, email, messaging apps, or cloud
storage). This sharing is entirely initiated and controlled by you. We
have no access to where or how you share this data.
When you use the LINE sharing feature for announcements, the content is
transmitted to the LINE application on your device. This is subject to
LINE's own Privacy Policy.

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is intended for use by adults in a professional business context.
We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from children under the
age of 13. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided personal
information through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate
action.

10. SECURITY
─────────────────────────────────────────
All data is stored in your device's private app storage, which is protected
by the Android operating system. Other apps cannot access this data without
explicit permission. However, no method of electronic storage is completely
secure, and we encourage you to protect your device with a strong passcode
or screen lock.

11. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
─────────────────────────────────────────
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be
reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document.
We recommend reviewing this policy periodically. Continued use of the App
after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
