2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
2.1 Information You Provide (Stored Locally on Your Device)
The App allows you to enter and store the following types of information:
- Worker names, phone numbers, email addresses, roles, and profile photos
- Shift schedules and work locations
- Work order details, budgets, and client names
- Daily attendance records
- Leave requests and reasons
- Announcements
- Project expenses
All of this information is stored exclusively on your device using a local SQLite database. This data is never transmitted to our servers or any third party by us.
2.2 Device Permissions
The App requests the following permissions:
- Camera: To take worker profile photos
- Read Media Images / Read External Storage: To select photos from your gallery
- Internet: Required only for displaying advertisements (Google AdMob)
2.3 Advertising Data (Google AdMob)
The App displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google AdMob may collect certain data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads, including:
- Device identifiers (Advertising ID)
- IP address
- Usage data
This data collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy:

You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings under Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We do not collect, access, process, or store any personal data on our servers. All data you enter is used solely within the App on your device to provide the App's features and functionality.

4. DATA STORAGE, RETENTION, AND DELETION
4.1 Where Data Is Stored
All data entered in the App (worker profiles, schedules, attendance, expenses, etc.) is stored locally in a database on your device only. No data is uploaded to the cloud or any external server by us.
4.2 How Long We Retain Your Data
Since all data is stored on your device, the retention period is entirely under your control:
- Data remains on your device for as long as you keep the App installed.
- Data is not subject to any automatic deletion or expiration by the App.
4.3 How to Delete Your Data
You have full control over your data and can delete it at any time using the following methods:
(a) Delete individual records: Open any section of the App (Workers, Work Orders, Expenses, etc.) and use the delete button on any record to permanently remove it.
(b) Delete all data: Uninstalling the App from your device will permanently delete all locally stored data, including the database and all saved photos.
(c) Backup before deletion: You may use the Backup feature in Settings to export your data to a ZIP file before deleting records or uninstalling the App.
We do not store any of your data on external servers, so there is no data held by us that requires a deletion request to our team. If you uninstall the App, all your data is gone.
4.4 Backup Files
If you use the Backup feature, a ZIP file is saved to your device's storage or shared via your chosen sharing method (e.g., Google Drive, email). You are responsible for managing and deleting those backup files from your own storage.

5. DATA SECURITY
All data is stored locally on your device and protected by your device's built-in security mechanisms (screen lock, device encryption). We do not have access to your data at any time.

6. SHARING OF INFORMATION
We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal information with any third party. The only third-party data processing occurs through Google AdMob for advertising purposes, as described in Section 2.3.

7. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
The App includes a feature to share content via LINE. When you choose to share via LINE, you are subject to LINE's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of LINE or any other third-party service.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe your child has provided information through the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App or on the App's store listing. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
