PRIVACY POLICY — Border Transport Control

Border Transport Control ("the App") is developed and maintained by an independent developer

("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you

use it.

1. OFFLINE APP — NO ACCOUNT, NO SERVER

The App works fully offline. No account or sign-in is required to use any feature. The App does

not operate a backend server, and we never receive, transmit, or have access to any data you

enter into the App. All information you add is stored locally in a database on your own device.

2. DATA YOU ENTER INTO THE APP

The App lets you store the following information locally on your device, entirely under your

control:

- Driver profiles (name, phone, email, license number and expiry date, ID card number, address,

  border pass number, emergency contact, join date, photo)

- Vehicle records (license plate, type, model, cargo capacity, year, color, status)

- Border routes (origin, destination, distance, country, border crossing post)

- Trips (driver, vehicle, route, departure/arrival times, cargo type and weight, crossing

  document number, status)

- Customs inspections (checkpoint/border post, entry or exit direction, inspection time,

  inspecting officer, document and cargo verification, result, notes)

- Schedules, attendance records, leave requests, announcements and expense records

None of this information is required to be real personal data belonging to a third party; you

choose what to record. We do not collect, view, or have any access to this data.

3. DATA RETENTION — HOW LONG WE STORE YOUR DATA

We do not store any of your data on our own systems, so there is no retention period on our

side — we simply never receive a copy. All data described above stays on your device only,

for as long as you keep the App installed and the data is not deleted, and it is removed the

moment you delete it in the App or uninstall the App.

4. HOW TO DELETE YOUR DATA

You can delete your data at any time using any of the following methods:

(a) In the App, go to Settings → Data Management → "Clear All Data" to permanently delete all

    records stored in the App.

(b) Uninstalling the App removes its local database and all data stored by the App from your

    device.

(c) Go to Android Settings → Apps → Border Transport Control → Storage → Clear Data to erase

    the App's stored data without uninstalling it.

Because we never hold a copy of your data, there is nothing further for us to delete on our end.

5. BACKUP FILES YOU CREATE

The App includes an optional Backup & Restore feature (unlocked with a one-time PREMIUM

purchase) that lets you export your data and photos to a ZIP file that you control, and later

restore from that file. This backup file is created and stored using your device's own storage

(or wherever you choose to save/share it) and is never uploaded to us or to any server we

operate. You are responsible for keeping and securing your own backup files.

6. IN-APP PURCHASES (GOOGLE PLAY BILLING)

The App offers a one-time, non-consumable PREMIUM upgrade ("premium_lifetime") to unlock the

Backup & Restore feature. Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing; we do not

receive, see, or store your payment card details or billing information. Google may process

purchase and account data according to its own privacy policy, available at

https://policies.google.com/privacy. The App checks your purchase status with Google Play on

startup and provides a "Restore Purchase" option; internet access is used only to communicate

with Google Play Billing for this purpose.

7. PERMISSIONS THE APP USES

The App may request the following device permissions, used only for the stated purpose:

- Internet: used only to communicate with Google Play Billing for PREMIUM purchases; not used

  to transmit your app data anywhere.

- Camera / Photos (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, storage access): used to let you attach or select driver

  photos, and to save/read PDF reports and ZIP backups you generate.

- Storage (READ/WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): used to create, read, and

  share backup ZIP files and exported PDF reports that you request.

None of these permissions are used to collect or transmit your data to us or to any third

party, other than the Google Play Billing purpose described in Section 6.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is not directed at children under 13. Since the App has no server-side data collection,

no personal data about any user, including children, is ever retained by us regardless of who

uses the App.

9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

Other than Google Play Billing (Section 6), the App does not integrate any third-party

analytics, advertising, or tracking service. The App does not contain ads.

10. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the

"Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes

acceptance of the revised policy.
