The core functionality of the App (backing up and restoring installed applications) operates entirely offline and locally on your device. Permissions We Request and Why:
Installed Applications (QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES): The App requires the QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES permission to scan and display a list of all applications currently installed on your device. This is strictly necessary for the core functionality of the App, allowing you to select which apps you wish to backup. We do not transmit, upload, or share your list of installed apps to any external servers. All processing is done locally on your device.
Storage Access (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): The App requires access to your device's storage to save the extracted APK files (backups) and read them when you wish to restore an app. We do not access your personal photos, videos, or documents.
Install Packages (REQUEST_INSTALL_PACKAGES): Required to allow you to restore/install the APK files you have previously backed up.
2. Automatically Collected Information (Third-Party Services)
While the core App is offline, we use third-party services to display advertisements and manage in-app purchases. These services may collect information automatically, including:
Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
Advertising IDs: Used by Google AdMob to serve personalized or non-personalized ads based on your consent (e.g., GDPR / UMP consent).
Purchase History: Processed securely by Google Play Billing when you purchase our "Pro" features. We do not have access to your credit card or payment details.

3. Data Security
We value your trust in providing us your information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the "App Backup & Restore" application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. License and App Usage
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the App.
Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
Use the App for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to the unauthorized distribution of copyrighted software (piracy). The App is intended for personal backup and recovery of legally acquired applications.
2. Premium Features and Subscriptions
The App offers a "Pro Version" that removes advertisements and unlocks premium features (such as Batch Backup). This is available via In-App Purchases and Subscriptions through Google Play.
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions: If you purchase a subscription (e.g., 1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, 1 Year), your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time by going to your Google Play Store account settings after purchase. Canceling a subscription will stop the auto-renewal, but you will retain access to the Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.
Lifetime Purchase: If you purchase the "Lifetime" plan, it is a one-time payment that grants you access to the Pro features for the lifetime of the App on your current Google account.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. We make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied: (i) as to the operation or availability of the App, or the information, content, and materials or products included thereon; (ii) that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through the App.
We are not responsible for any data loss, corrupted APK files, or system issues that may arise from the use of this App.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the App.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
