1. INTRODUCTION
This Privacy Policy applies to Al Bhed Translator(package name: com.jvx.al_bhed_translator), an Android application developed and published by JovegaX. It explains how the application accesses and handles information when you translate text into symbols, import or export images, study the symbol alphabet, and use the practice game.
Al Bhed Translator works locally on your device. JovegaX does not collect, receive, transmit, sell, rent, or share your personal information, typed text, selected images, generated images, game activity, or device information. The application does not require an account or a connection to a JovegaX server.
2. INFORMATION THE APPLICATION ACCESSES
The application may access or create the following information only to provide features that you choose to use:
- Text you enter: Used locally to display a translation between regular text and the application's symbol alphabet.
- Images you select: When you choose the import feature, the application accesses only the image you select through Android's file or photo-selection interface so it can be displayed and modified on your device.
- Generated or modified images: When you select Save or Share, the application creates an output image and sends it only to the device location or application that you choose.
- Practice activity and preferences: Scores, progress, and settings may be held temporarily or stored locally on your device to operate the practice game and remember application preferences.
JovegaX does not receive or remotely store any of this information.
3. PHOTO, MEDIA, AND FILE ACCESS
Al Bhed Translator uses Android's available photo picker, file picker, media access, or storage functions only when you ask to import or save an image. This access is used solely for the requested import or export operation. The application does not scan your photo library, upload your files, or use your images for advertising, profiling, analytics, or any unrelated purpose.
4. HOW INFORMATION IS USED
Information accessed by the application is processed locally only to:
- Translate text into the application's symbols or display the corresponding text;
- Apply translated symbols or text to an image selected by the user;
- Save or share a user-created image at the user's request;
- Display the symbol alphabet and educational content;
- Run the practice game, calculate a score, and maintain local preferences.
5. DATA COLLECTION AND SHARING
Al Bhed Translator does not collect or share personal or sensitive user data. It does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, behavioral tracking, cookies, cloud synchronization, user accounts, or developer-operated remote storage.
6. USER-INITIATED EXPORT AND SHARING
If you save or share a generated image, Android may present locations or third-party applications chosen by you, such as a gallery, file-storage provider, messaging application, or social network. JovegaX does not receive a copy of the exported image. Once you send a file to another application or service, that third party's privacy policy and data practices apply.
7. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Because JovegaX does not collect or store user data on external servers, JovegaX has no remotely stored user data to retain or delete.
- Temporary data used during translation or image editing is kept only as needed for the current operation and may remain in application memory or cache until the application or Android clears it.
- Locally saved preferences, scores, or progress can be removed by clearing Al Bhed Translator's storage or data in Android settings, or by uninstalling the application.
- Images that you deliberately export outside the application's private storage are not removed when the application is uninstalled. You can delete those files using your gallery, file manager, or the service to which you exported them.
8. DATA SECURITY
The application reduces privacy risk by processing content locally and not transmitting it to JovegaX. Information stored on your device remains subject to your device's security, operating-system protections, backups, and any applications or services that you choose for exporting or sharing.
9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Al Bhed Translator does not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any other user. Because the application does not provide user accounts or transmit user content to JovegaX, JovegaX does not maintain personal information belonging to children. Parents and guardians should supervise a child's use of any external application selected for sharing exported content.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The application does not integrate third-party advertising or analytics services. The Google Play Store, Android operating system, device manufacturer, and any application or storage provider that you independently choose may process information under their own privacy policies. JovegaX does not control those independent services.
11. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
JovegaX may update this Privacy Policy if the application's features or data practices change, or when required for legal or platform-compliance purposes. The revised policy will display an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be reflected in the publicly available policy and, when appropriate, within the application or its Google Play listing.
