Offline Translator (“Offline Translator”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, processed, and protected when you use the Offline Translator iOS application (“App”), including its offline translator, voice translator, camera translator, image translator, and speech translator features.
Offline Translator is built with a privacy-first design philosophy. The primary purpose of the App is to translate text, speech, images, and camera input, with a strong focus on offline functionality. We aim to minimize data collection and ensure that users remain in control of their information at all times.
We do not require user accounts, and most features can be used without providing personal information.
When using the App, you may voluntarily provide certain information, including:

Voice or speech input when using voice or speech translation
Images or photos selected from your device or captured using the camera for translation
This information is used only to perform the requested translation task. The content you translate is not permanently stored, not linked to your identity, and not used for profiling or advertising.
Most translation features in Offline Translator operate entirely offline on your device. This means:
Translation data is processed locally on your device
Translated content is not uploaded to our servers
Your translated text, voice, or images remain under your control
In cases where online resources are required (such as downloading language packs or optional cloud-based enhancements), data is transmitted securely and used only to complete the requested operation.
We do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or precise location.
However, limited non-personal and aggregated information may be collected automatically, including:
App performance data
Crash logs
Device type and operating system version
Anonymous usage statistics
This information helps us improve app stability, performance, and user experience. It does not personally identify you.
Offline Translator may request the following permissions, strictly for feature functionality:
Microphone – Required for voice and speech translation
Camera – Required for camera-based translation
Photo Library – Required to translate selected images
Permissions are used only when you actively choose to use these features. You can manage or revoke permissions at any time through your iOS device settings.
Offline Translator may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time in-app purchases to unlock premium features such as:
Unlimited translations
Additional offline language packs
Advanced camera or voice translation features
Ad-free experience
All payments are processed exclusively by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or process your payment information, credit card details, or billing data.
Subscriptions:
Automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Can be managed or canceled through your Apple ID settings
Are governed by Apple’s App Store payment and refund policies
We only receive confirmation that a purchase or subscription is active.
Offline Translator may use trusted third-party services for specific purposes, such as:
Analytics services to understand app usage in an anonymous and aggregated manner
Crash reporting tools to identify and fix technical issues
Advertising services (if applicable) to display ads
These third-party services may collect limited non-personal information in accordance with their own privacy policies and Apple’s App Store requirements. We ensure that all third-party partners comply with applicable data protection standards.

Despite our efforts, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. You use the App at your own discretion.
Offline Translator is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
You have the right to:
Use the App without creating an account
Control permissions through iOS settings
Delete the App at any time, which removes all locally stored data
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have additional rights under applicable data protection laws.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in features, legal requirements, or business practices. Updates will be posted within the App or on our official website. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
