This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications developed and published by KumarWondersoft ("we," "us," or "our") on the Google Play Store.

Our applications are strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. 

1. Information We Collect

We do not directly collect or store personal identifiers (such as your name, email address, or phone number). However, to provide in-game advertising and analytics, third-party services integrated into our apps may automatically collect certain device and usage data. 

Automatically Collected Information via Third-Party SDKs:

Advertising Identifier (AAID / Google Advertising ID)

Device Information: Device model, operating system version, IP address, system language, screen resolution, and network type. 

General Location Data: Approximate location based on IP address.

Ad Interaction & Usage Data: Information on ad views, clicks, impressions, and game performance metrics. 

2. Third-Party Advertising (Unity Ads)

Our applications use Unity Ads to display advertisements. Unity Ads may collect data to serve targeted (personalized) or non-targeted ads.

Depending on your jurisdiction (such as the European Economic Area under GDPR or California under CCPA), Unity Ads provides mechanisms inside the ad experience (via the Unity Data Privacy icon) allowing you to manage your privacy choices, opt out of personalized ads, or request data deletion. 

3. How We Use Your Data

The data collected through third-party services is used for:

Serving advertisements and measuring ad performance.

Preventing ad fraud and ensuring app security. 

Analyzing app usage and improving user experience.

4. Children's Privacy (Age Restriction)

Our applications are not directed to children under 13 (or under 18 depending on jurisdiction). We strictly target adult audiences (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can remove it. 

5. Data Security & Encryption

All data collected by integrated SDKs (like Unity Ads) is encrypted in transit using standard security protocols (HTTPS/TLS). 

6. User Rights & Choices

You can control ad personalization and device tracking at any time:

Android Settings: Go to Settings > Privacy > Ads on your device to reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads.

In-Ad Choices: Tap the Unity Data Privacy icon (i) on any Unity ad to adjust your ad consent or request data deletion.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date."
