Simponi Tari Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the Simponi Tari app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by IT RSUD Majenang (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Our app collects specific information necessary to provide requested services, particularly related to the health features offered. Collected information may include, but is not limited to:
User registration and identification data for health service management purposes.
Health Information required to provide healthcare services or healthcare management integrated with public healthcare services like BPJS.
Personal Health Information: We may collect personal health information such as your medical history, symptoms, treatment plans, and other health-related data you provide during registration or use of the "Simponi Tari" app.
Personal Information: We may also collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and other details you voluntarily provide.
Non-Personal Information: We collect non-personal information including usage data, device type, unique device identifiers, and other statistics to help us understand how the "Simponi Tari" app is used.

Operate and maintain the "Simponi Tari" app.

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device without explicit consent. However, if required, location data may be collected for real-time tracking of patients during referrals to the emergency room (ER) of RSUD Majenang. This information allows healthcare professionals to prepare for the patient's arrival and provide timely assistance.
Location Data Collection: When granted permission, the application may collect location data even when running in the background, particularly for continuous monitoring of patients during emergency referrals.
User Control: You can stop location data collection by adjusting your device’s location settings or by uninstalling the application.
The Service Provider uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect sensitive data during transmission. However, should an SSL error occur (e.g., due to an invalid certificate), the Application will notify the user and provide the option to either proceed or cancel the connection. This approach ensures the security of your data and compliance with Google Play’s Device and Network Abuse policy.
The Application does not automatically proceed with insecure SSL connections without your explicit consent. Users will be warned of any SSL issues during data transmission.
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at arifauzan85@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (arifauzan85@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
