Last updated: [DD Month YYYY] App name: Udhar Paisa : Loan Tool Package name: com.classic.avenue.kerela.udharpaisa.tool Developed and published by: Classic Avenue Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., Ludhiana, Punjab, India Contact email: [shekharsharma77889@gmail.com]
Classic Avenue Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our", "the Company") operates the mobile application Udhar Paisa : Loan Tool (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, who it may be shared with, and the choices available to you.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please do not use the App.
This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and RBI Disclaimer, both of which are also available within the App (Profile → Legal).
The App is a financial calculator and educational tool only. It is not a bank, non-banking financial company (NBFC), lender, loan aggregator, Digital Lending App (DLA), or Lending Service Provider (LSP). The App does not disburse loans, does not collect or forward loan applications to any third party, and does not connect you with any lender. All credit-limit estimates, eligibility indications, EMI figures, bank/lender match percentages, and similar outputs shown in the App are indicative estimates only, generated locally on your device from the information you enter, using general assumptions about the Indian lending market. They are not loan offers, approvals, or guarantees, and they do not constitute financial advice.
This distinction matters for privacy purposes because it means the personal and financial details you enter into the App's calculators and estimators are not required by, and are not sent to, any bank, NBFC, or lender. They remain on your device, as described in Section 4 below.
We collect the following categories of information:
When you use the onboarding flow, the credit-limit estimator, the EMI calculator, other financial calculators, the Profile section, and the Udhaar Diary feature, you may enter information such as:
Name, age, date of birth, gender (if requested), city/state, country
Employment type, employer name, income, other income, work experience
Monthly expenses, existing EMIs, rent, other fixed expenses
Details of existing loans, outstanding amounts, number of credit cards, card limits and utilisation
Self-reported credit score band (e.g., "750+", "650–750", "<650", "Not sure")
Bank name (selected from a list, for calculation purposes only)
A profile photo, if you choose to add one (from your camera or gallery)
Notification preferences (e.g., EMI reminders, offer alerts)
Udhaar Diary entries: names and (optionally) phone numbers of people you record transactions with, amounts given/received, dates, and notes
Reminder dates you set within the Udhaar Diary or for report unlocks
This information is stored exclusively in local storage on your device (using Android's local storage mechanisms, such as SharedPreferences and device-internal file storage for photos). It is not transmitted to, uploaded to, or stored on any server operated by us or any third party. We do not have remote access to this data. If you uninstall the App or clear its storage, this data is permanently and irrecoverably deleted.
Certain third-party services integrated into the App (described in detail in Section 5) may automatically collect limited technical and device information, including:
Advertising Identifier (Google Advertising ID / AAID)
Device model, operating system version, screen size, and language settings
IP address (used transiently for geographic ad targeting and fraud prevention by ad networks)
App usage events (e.g., screens viewed, buttons tapped, calculators used) for analytics and crash-reporting purposes
Crash logs and diagnostic/performance data
Push-notification delivery tokens (for sending you notifications)
This information is collected by our third-party service providers (Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, Liftoff/Vungle, Unity Ads, Google Firebase, and OneSignal) directly, in accordance with their own privacy policies linked in Section 5.
The App requests the following Android permissions, used strictly for the purposes stated:
Permission
Purpose
Internet access
Loading advertisements, sending crash/analytics data, checking for app updates
Access network state
Detecting whether your device is online, to show the "No Internet" screen appropriately
Advertising ID (AD_ID)
Allowing ad networks to show relevant ads and measure ad performance
Post notifications
Sending EMI reminders, Udhaar Diary reminders, and report-unlock alerts
Coarse location
Used only to help advertising networks show geographically relevant ads (e.g., region-specific loan offers). This permission is not used to track your precise location, is not used by the Nearby ATM/Bank feature (see Section 3.4), and is not stored by us
Wake lock, vibrate
Required internally by advertising SDKs (Meta, Liftoff) for ad rendering and video ad playback
AdServices attribution / AdServices AD_ID (Android 13+)
Required by advertising mediation partners for privacy-preserving ad attribution on newer Android versions
You may deny or revoke the notification and location permissions at any time from your device's Settings. Denying these permissions will not prevent you from using the App's core calculators, though it may affect the relevance of ads shown or your ability to receive reminders.
The "Nearby ATM & Bank" feature does not request or use your device's location permission and does not collect your location. When you tap a "Find near me" option, the App opens Google Maps (or your default maps application, or a browser) via a standard Android intent with a search query (e.g., "ATM near me"). Your location, if used, is handled entirely by Google Maps or the browser you already have installed, under Google's own privacy policy. We do not see, store, or have access to any location data in connection with this feature.
We want to be explicit about the sensitive information the App never asks for, requests, or collects:
Bank account passwords, internet-banking credentials, or PINs
One-Time Passwords (OTPs)
Debit/credit card numbers, CVV, or card PINs
Aadhaar number, PAN number, or other government identity document numbers
Your phone contacts list
SMS messages or call logs
Precise GPS location
If you ever encounter a version of this App, or any App impersonating it, that requests any of the above, please do not proceed and contact us immediately using the details in Section 13.
The App is free to use and is supported by advertising. We work with the following third-party service providers, each of which may independently collect and process data as described in their own privacy policies:
Serves banner, medium-rectangle (MREC), interstitial, rewarded, and app-open advertisements within the App. AdMob may use the Advertising ID and other device signals to personalise ads and measure their performance. Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy Ad settings/opt-out: https://adssettings.google.com
Meta Audience Network (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/
Liftoff / Vungle (Liftoff Mobile, Inc.) — https://liftoff.io/privacy-policy/
Unity Ads (Unity Technologies) — https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy
These partners may receive the Advertising ID and non-precise device/technical data to bid on and deliver ads within the App.
We use Firebase Analytics to understand aggregate, anonymised app usage patterns (e.g., which screens and calculators are used) and Firebase Crashlytics to receive automatic crash and error reports so we can fix bugs. Firebase may also be used to log advertising-revenue events (ad format, placement, and estimated value) for our own internal reporting; this data is aggregated and is not linked to your name or contact details. Privacy Policy: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
We use OneSignal to deliver push notifications (such as EMI reminders, Udhaar Diary reminders, and report-unlock alerts). OneSignal may collect a device push token and basic device information necessary to deliver notifications. Privacy Policy: https://onesignal.com/privacy_policy
Used to check for and prompt app updates, and to provide underlying platform services (e.g., Advertising ID access) required by the above SDKs. Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
We do not sell your personal information to any third party. Where third-party SDKs receive device-level identifiers (such as the Advertising ID), this is solely for the purposes of displaying and measuring advertisements, analytics, crash-reporting, and push notifications, as described above.
To the extent any information is processed (by us or by the third-party services described above), it is used to:
Operate and maintain the App's calculators, estimators, and Udhaar Diary features locally on your device
Display and personalise advertisements
Measure ad performance and estimate advertising revenue
Diagnose crashes and technical issues to improve app stability
Understand aggregate, anonymised feature usage to guide future improvements
Send you notifications you have enabled (EMI reminders, Udhaar Diary reminders, daily tips, report-unlock alerts)
Comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests from public authorities
We do not use the information you enter into the App's forms and calculators (Section 3.1) for any of the above purposes, because that information never leaves your device.
We do not share the personal financial information you enter into the App (income, expenses, loan details, Udhaar Diary entries, etc.) with any third party, because this data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to us.
Device-level and technical information described in Section 3.2 may be shared with the third-party service providers listed in Section 5, strictly for the purposes described in this Policy.
We may disclose information (to the limited extent we possess any) if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or address security issues.
If the Company undergoes a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, any information we hold may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality arrangements. Since substantially all app-generated content remains device-local, we anticipate this would primarily concern aggregate analytics data.
Locally stored data (onboarding answers, calculator inputs, profile details, profile photo, Udhaar Diary records) resides in the App's private application storage on your device, which is sandboxed by the Android operating system and is not accessible to other apps. This data persists until you clear the App's storage/cache or uninstall the App, at which point it is deleted by the operating system.
We take reasonable technical measures appropriate to a locally-stored, non-networked data model. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and if your device itself is lost, stolen, or compromised (e.g., rooted with malicious software), locally stored data could potentially be accessed by whoever controls the device. We recommend securing your device with a lock screen.
Third-party service data (Section 3.2) is retained by each respective provider according to their own retention policies, linked in Section 5.
We do not operate our own backend database of user-entered financial or Udhaar Diary information, and therefore hold no such data to retain or delete on our servers.
Because most of your data lives only on your device, you have direct and immediate control over it:
Access and review: All information you have entered is visible to you within the App itself (Profile, Estimator, Udhaar Diary, etc.).
Correction: You may edit your profile details, form answers, and Udhaar Diary entries at any time within the App.
Deletion: You may delete individual Udhaar Diary entries or parties from within the App, or delete all App data at once via Android Settings → Apps → Udhar Paisa : Loan Tool → Storage → Clear Data, or by uninstalling the App.
Advertising ID reset/opt-out: You may reset or limit ad tracking via your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID, or Opt out of Ads Personalization), or via https://adssettings.google.com.
Notification control: You may disable notifications for the App at any time via Android Settings → Apps → Udhar Paisa : Loan Tool → Notifications, or by adjusting in-app notification preferences during onboarding/Profile.
Do Not Track: Since the App does not operate a server-side account system, there is no App-level account to delete; uninstalling the App achieves the equivalent effect for all App-local data.
If you have questions about data held by our third-party service providers directly, please refer to their respective privacy policies and opt-out mechanisms linked in Section 5.
The App is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older, consistent with its nature as a financial-literacy and loan-eligibility-estimation tool. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at the email address in Section 13 so we can take appropriate action.
The App is designed primarily for users in India, and its calculators, lender categories, and interest-rate ranges reflect the Indian lending market. If you access the App from outside India, please note that any information processed by our third-party service providers (Section 5) may be processed on servers located in other countries, including the United States, in accordance with those providers' own privacy policies and applicable international data-transfer safeguards.
In line with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines on digital lending, we reiterate: the App is not a Digital Lending App (DLA) or Lending Service Provider (LSP), does not act as an agent for any bank or NBFC, and does not collect Know-Your-Customer (KYC) documents, loan applications, or facilitate loan disbursal. Accordingly, RBI's data-sharing and consent requirements applicable to DLAs/LSPs do not apply to the App's function as a standalone calculator. For full details, see the RBI Disclaimer available within the App (Profile → RBI disclaimer).
