1BM Dev built the SIM App as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by 1BM Dev at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.
To provide a better experience and support the core functionality of the application as a digital attendance tool, I may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information.
Location Data (GPS): We collect precise location data when you perform your attendance check-in or check-out. This is required to validate that the user is present at the designated work location.
Camera (Photos and Videos): Our application requires access to your device's camera specifically for the user attendance system. This is used to capture real-time photos or videos as proof of presence and attendance verification.
Files and Storage: We require access to your device storage to upload documents or other supporting files related to attendance administration or task reporting.
The information that I request will be retained on your device and is processed for the purposes mentioned above. Data is handled according to your organization's data handling policy.
The camera and GPS are only activated when you explicitly use the attendance feature within the app.
We do not record, track, or access your camera or location in the background or for any purposes other than the attendance system.
Data collected is used solely for attendance record-keeping and internal organizational administration. We do not share this data with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.
I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly.
I may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:
