Device push notification token (to send session reminders)
Timezone (to display session times correctly in your local time)
Login activity and session tokens
c) Payment information:
We process payments through Razorpay. We do not store your card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers. Payment data is handled directly by Razorpay in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. We only store the transaction reference ID and amount paid.
d) Usage data:
Sessions booked, attended, or hosted
Reviews written or received
Messages exchanged between users and experts
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
Create and manage your account
Facilitate bookings between learners and experts
Send session reminders via push notification and email (15 minutes before each session)
Process payments and issue receipts
Display session times accurately in your timezone
Send booking confirmations and cancellation notices
