Welcome to PriceQuick ("we," "our," or "us"). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how the PriceQuick mobile app handles your data.
We designed the app to function primarily offline, with all user-entered data stored on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store personal data on our servers.
All data you enter — such as business names, service lists, prices, or design preferences — is stored locally on your device by default.
The app does not require account registration and does not associate data with an identifiable user profile.
PriceQuick does not store user-entered content on its own servers.
When optional features are used (such as analytics or AI-assisted generation), limited non-personal data may be processed as described in the relevant sections of this Privacy Policy.
You retain full control over your data at all times.
The app connects to our backend (Supabase) only to load design templates and related resources used for creating price lists.
These templates do not contain or transmit any personal information.
No user-entered data (such as business names or prices) is uploaded to Supabase.
You may optionally provide the following data to personalize your price lists:
Business name (e.g., "Anna's Nails")
Business category (e.g., Beauty, Coaching, Health)
Services and prices (e.g., "Haircut – €30")
Design preferences (e.g., colors and fonts)
This information is stored only on your device and never shared with us or third parties.
PriceQuick offers auto-renewable subscriptions (weekly and yearly plans).
Payments are processed securely through Apple In-App Purchase (iOS) or Google Play Billing (Android).
We do not receive or store your payment information.
Subscription management, renewals, and cancellations are handled directly by Apple or Google in accordance with their terms.
PriceQuick uses analytics tools to understand how the app is used and to improve functionality and user experience.
We use RevenueCat to manage and validate in-app purchases and subscriptions.
RevenueCat processes purchase-related information (such as subscription status) and does not receive personal user data.
The app uses Firebase Analytics, configured to collect only aggregated and non-sensitive usage data, such as:
App launches and screen views
Feature usage
Basic performance and stability metrics
We do not collect:
Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or contact information
User-generated content (such as business names or prices)
Precise location data
Advertising identifiers
Analytics data is processed in an aggregated and anonymized form and is not used to identify individual users.
In addition, we may rely on Apple App Analytics and Google Play Console Analytics provided by the respective app stores.
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), personal data refers to information that can identify an individual.
PriceQuick does not collect, store, or process personal data within the meaning of GDPR.

PriceQuick is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Since we do not collect or process personal data, we cannot:
View or access your information
Correct or delete specific entries
Respond to access or deletion requests
You can fully manage your data by using your device's options, including uninstalling the app to permanently delete all stored information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the updated version will be:
Displayed within the app (Settings or Info section)
Published on our App Store / Google Play listing
