Privacy Policy for Party Night

Maksym Lykhopoi ("Developer", "I", "me", or "my") built the Party Night app as a Free, Ad-Supported game. This SERVICE is provided by Maksym Lykhopoi at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy.
1. Information Collection and Use Party Night is designed to respect your privacy. The application does not require user registration, account creation, or mandatory login.
Local Data Storage: Any names or profiles of players you enter into the game, as well as your game progress (e.g., seen questions), are stored strictly locally on your device using local storage (SharedPreferences). This data is never transmitted to my servers or shared with any third parties. It can be completely erased by clearing the app's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the app.
Permissions: The app does not request or access sensitive device permissions such as your precise location (GPS), camera, microphone, or contacts.

Third-Party Services and Analytics To improve the app, fix bugs, and understand how the game is played, the app uses third-party services that may collect anonymous usage data and device identifiers. The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to collect in-app behavior data (e.g., session duration, category choices, language preferences). This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.

3. Advertising Party Night uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may use advertising IDs (such as the Android Advertising ID) and cookies to serve personalized ads based on your interests and past usage.
European Economic Area (EEA) and UK Users: In compliance with GDPR, users in these regions are presented with a consent form (Google UMP SDK) upon launching the app for the first time. You can choose whether to allow personalized ads or opt for non-personalized ads. You can revoke or change your consent at any time through the app settings or your device's Google settings.
Users can opt out of personalized advertising globally by adjusting their device settings (e.g., "Opt out of Ads Personalization" in Android settings).
4. Log Data Whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app, I collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
5. Children’s Privacy and Age Restriction Due to the nature of the content (including adult humor, sexual themes, provocative questions, and references to alcohol), Party Night has an 18+ age rating. This Service is strictly not intended for anyone under the age of 18. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to take necessary actions.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy I may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
