• No Identity Tracking: We do not track users' real-world identities. Your interactions within the application are entirely anonymous.

2. In-App Purchases & Premium Features (Remove Ads)

We offer an optional In-App Purchase (IAP) that allows you to permanently remove advertisements from the application.

• Payment Processing: All financial transactions and purchases are handled securely by Google Play Billing. Lumina Prompt does not collect, access, or store your credit card numbers, bank account details, or billing addresses.

• Purchase Verification: We use anonymous, encrypted tokens provided by Google Play to verify your purchase status and activate the "Remove Ads" feature on your device.

3. Technical & Analytical Data (Non-Personal)

While we do not collect personal data, we utilize third-party analytical tools (Google Analytics for Firebase) to collect anonymous technical data to ensure optimal application performance and validate purchase states across various devices:

• Device Information: Hardware model, operating system version (Android), screen resolution, and system language.

• Diagnostic Data: Crash logs or technical bug reports to help developers implement fixes in future updates.

• Interaction & Purchase Events: Anonymous statistics on feature usage and successful in-app purchases to help us improve the overall User Experience (UX).

4. Third-Party Services & Advertising

To support our development, we partner with third-party providers who adhere to strict privacy policies:

• Google AdMob (Advertising): For users of the free version, we display limited advertisements. Google may use your device's unique Advertising ID (AD_ID) to deliver relevant ads. You have full control to reset or disable this ID through your Android system settings (Settings > Google > Ads). If you purchase the "Remove Ads" feature, these ad services and tracking IDs for advertising purposes will be disabled.

• Google Firebase: We utilize Cloud Firebase infrastructure to distribute our prompt and image database in real-time. All data transmissions between the server and your device are secured with high-level SSL/HTTPS encryption.

5. Device Permissions & Network

• Storage & Media Access (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE & WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE) These permissions are required to support our image caching system and to enable the image-saving features within the application.

  • Image Caching & Performance: The application temporarily stores image assets in your device's local memory to optimize performance. When you re-open a previously accessed prompt, the application retrieves the cached data instead of downloading it again from the server. This reduces data consumption and enhances access speed.

  • Save Images to Device: These permissions allow you to download and save images generated or provided by the application directly to your device’s local storage or gallery.

  • Note: We respect your privacy. We do not access, read, collect, or share your existing personal photos, documents, or other media files stored on your device.

• Internet & Network Access (INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE) These permissions are required to establish a secure connection with our servers, retrieve the prompt database in real-time, and securely communicate with Google Play Billing to verify your in-app purchases.

• Vibration Control (VIBRATE) This permission allows the application to provide subtle haptic feedback (vibrations) when interacting with specific user interface components, improving the overall user experience.

• Prevent Device Sleep (WAKE_LOCK) This permission ensures application stability during critical background operations, such as cache synchronization, minimizing the risk of data corruption.

6. Local Storage & Caching System

To enhance access speed and save your cellular data usage, we implement a local storage system:

• Image Caching: Loaded prompt images will be temporarily stored in the application's internal memory so they do not need to be redownloaded upon reopening.

• Local Favorites & Purchase State: The list of prompts you mark as "Favorites" and your ad-free entitlement state are stored securely within your device's local storage.

• Data Clearance: You can clear all cache data and favorites at any time through the application's settings menu or via the Clear Data feature in your Android system settings.

7. Data Security & Encryption

The security of technical information flowing through our application is protected using industry-standard encryption. We ensure that our back-end infrastructure is regularly updated to prevent unauthorized access and to maintain the integrity of the content delivered to you.

8. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Lumina Prompt is a safe application for all audiences. We do not knowingly collect any data from children under the age of 13. Given that this application features no custom login system and all purchases are gated by Google Play’s authentication, there is no risk of intentional data collection from children by our system.
