This app is designed to help users move on after a breakup by maintaining a no contact routine. It provides tools to track time since last contact, manage emotional urges with guided support, and build healthier habits. Users can log thoughts, save personal motivations, and stay consistent with reminders and progress tracking to support emotional healing.
Microphone Access
The app may request access to the microphone to allow users to record personal voice notes as part of their motivation and reflection features. All recordings are stored locally on the user’s device.
All user data within the app is processed and stored locally on the user’s device. This includes personal entries such as journal notes, no contact progress, voice recordings, and attached images.
The app does not upload, store, or share this data on external servers.
We do not collect or store personal data.
The app may offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions and lifetime purchases available via Apple’s App Store.

The weekly & yearly subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
Users can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime through their Apple ID account settings:

Users can restore previously purchased subscriptions or lifetime access using the “Restore Purchases” feature inside the app.

User media remains protected by Apple’s device security systems.
To help maintain app functionality, improve performance, and enhance user experience, the App may collect limited non-personal and anonymized information, including:
