Personal Data: Personally identifiable information that you voluntarily give to us when registering for the App or submitting an enquiry. This includes:

• Contact Information: Full Name, Email Address, and Phone Number.

• Account Information: Firebase Authentication ID (UID) and Role (e.g., Student, Faculty, Admin).

• Educational Information: Course enrollments, batch details, test marks, and activities.

Derivative Data: Information our servers automatically collect when you access the App, such as your native actions that are integral to the App, including interacting with courses, activities, and submitting contact forms.

2. How We Use Your Information

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the App to:

• Create and manage your account securely via Firebase Authentication.

• Provide role-based access control (RBAC) to ensure you only see content relevant to your role (Student, Faculty, Admin, etc.).

• Process and respond to your enquiries submitted via the "Contact Us" feature.

• Deliver relevant educational content, course details, and activity schedules based on your selected "Vertical" (e.g., Computer Academy, NEET-JEE, Niti Technologies, Incubation).

• Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the App.

• Send you administrative information, such as updates to our terms, conditions, and policies.

3. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your Personal Data to third parties. We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations:

• Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf (e.g., Google Firebase for database hosting and authentication).

• By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others.

4. Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. All user data is securely stored on Google Firebase using industry-standard encryption. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. If you wish to have your account deleted or your data removed from our systems, you may contact us using the information below or via the "Contact Us" section within the App.

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
