'NEGEL' smartbot

Negel is a smartbot that can answer queries on the subject Software Engineering and Project Management (SEPM). It's in it's initial version (as of April 2020). Negel can answer queries on basics of software engineering and its phases comprising of requirement analysis, planning, design, coding, testing and maintenance and also on risk management.
