b. File Metadata

• File names, types, sizes, and modification timestamps

• File paths and directory structure (for on-device browsing only)

Purpose: To support file browsing, organizing, and virus scanning.

Important: We do not collect, store, or upload the actual content of any files.

c. Application Information (for Antivirus)

When you manually initiate an antivirus scan, we securely collect and transmit the following application-level data to Trustlook:

• Installed application name, version, and package name

• Version code and version name

• Signature and MD5 hash

• Installation path and file metadata

Purpose: To detect threats and malicious behavior through static and behavioral analysis.

This process does not access any personal content or sensitive user data.

2. How We Use the Collected Data

• To enable file management and antivirus scanning

• To detect suspicious apps or behaviors (via Trustlook cloud service)

• To improve stability, compatibility, and app experience

• To provide non-personalized usage analytics (if enabled)

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share user data for advertising or any other purposes.

We may share non-personal app information only in the following case:

• Other Service Providers (Advertising and Analytics): We work with third-party service providers to support ad delivery, performance measurement, and usage analytics. • All files access: In order to browse, manage, and scan files on the device, all files access permission is required. File content is never uploaded or collected.

• Notification permission: In order to send alerts and notifications related to file management and antivirus scanning, you need to enable notification permission.

You can manage these permissions in your system settings at any time.

6. No Personal or Sensitive Data Collected

ManageMob does not collect any personal or sensitive user data, such as:

• Identity or account information

• Contacts or call logs

• Personal photos, audio, or documents

• Location data

• Health or biometric data

• All data collected is non-personal and used strictly to support core app features.

7. Children’s Privacy

The app is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. As we do not collect personal data, no identifiable information is stored. If we become aware that we have unintentionally collected personal data from a child under 13, please contact us for immediate deletion.
