Privacy Policy - Grandmaster Chess

This privacy policy governs your use of the Grandmaster Chess - Play as GM application ("the App") created by Nabendu Sinha ("the Developer"). The App is designed to allow users to play chess puzzles and games from famous grandmasters, and to challenge themselves by guessing the moves made by these grandmasters.

The App collects user data in order to provide its services, including:

Login information: When you log in to the App using your Google or Apple account, we collect your login information, including your name and email address. This information is used solely to facilitate your use of the App and to validate in-app purchases.
Game data: When you play the App's puzzles and games, we collect information about your game progress and performance, including your scores and the moves you make in each game. This information is used to personalize your experience and to improve the App's features and functionality.
Advertisements: The App integrates with AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect certain data to display relevant ads to you.

The data collected by the App is used solely for the purpose of providing its services and improving the App's functionality. The Developer does not share any user data with third parties, except as required by law. Unused data will be deleted time to time but user can request via email to delete any own data and this request will be served.

Security

The Developer takes reasonable precautions to protect user data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. The App uses Firebase backend to securely store user data, and all communication between the App and Firebase is encrypted using industry-standard protocols.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.

Updates

The Developer may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in its data collection practices. Users will be notified of any material changes to this policy through a notice in the App or by email.
