Privacy Policy
Effective Date: May 17, 2026 Contact Email: rrenaturibin@gmail.com
This Privacy Policy governs the data processing practices of the application Renaturibin Frequency Singularity (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"). The Application is dedicated to providing an advanced binaural beat and solfeggio frequency meditation platform with a strong commitment to user privacy.
1. Data Minimization and Local Storage
The Application operates on a strict privacy-by-design framework. It does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) to external servers.
All user configurations, data, and session states are processed and stored exclusively within your device's browser using client-side local storage mechanisms (localStorage). This data includes:
Custom Presets: User-defined frequency combinations, names, and visual choices.
Favorites and Notes: Personally saved frequency nodes and custom journal/meditation entries.
Application State: System preferences, theme selections, language settings (supporting up to 20 languages), volume metrics, and visual mode preferences.
Consent Logs: User-acknowledged health warnings and regional privacy choices.
Data Control: Because this data resides entirely on your local machine, the Application cannot access, modify, or delete it remotely. You retain full ownership and control, and you can permanently purge all stored data at any time by utilizing the in-app "Clear All Storage" tools or by clearing your browser cache and site data.
2. Device Permissions and Media Processing
The Application leverages advanced web APIs to generate real-time ambient content entirely within the client-side environment:
Audio Generation (Web Audio API): All binaural beats, solfeggio frequencies, and soundscapes are synthesized dynamically on the fly using your browser’s built-in Web Audio API. No pre-recorded tracking, remote audio streaming, or microphone access is required or requested. No audio data is ever captured, recorded, or transmitted.
Visual Synthesis & Video Recording (HTML5 Canvas & MediaRecorder API): Visualizer effects are generated in real-time via the HTML5 <canvas> element. The integrated video recording feature captures only the visual stream directly from this specific canvas element. The resulting media file is rendered and assembled locally inside your browser and downloaded directly to your local file system. At no point is the video stream or raw media sent to an external server.
3. Third-Party Integrations and Analytics
To facilitate global compatibility, compliance, and sustainability, the Application selectively communicates with trusted, privacy-compliant third-party infrastructure. These external network requests are limited to the following:
A. Typography and Interface Deliveries
Service Provider: Bunny Fonts (fonts.bunny.net).
Purpose: Dynamically rendering typography (Orbitron, Rajdhani, and Cinzel).
Privacy Standard: This service is used as a fully GDPR-compliant, privacy-first alternative to standard font CDNs. It does not track users, drop cookies, or log personal IP addresses.
B. Regional Compliance & Localization
Service Provider: ipapi.co (IP Geolocation API).
Purpose: Determining the user's geographic region (specifically identifying if the connection originates from the European Economic Area / EEA or the United Kingdom).
Data Processing: The network request securely checks the client's country location to conditionally display mandatory regional privacy consents and optimize ad-serving parameters. The Application does not store your IP address on any proprietary servers, and the geolocation check is ephemeral.
C. Advertising and Monetization
Service Provider: Google AdMob.
Purpose: Displaying rewarded, banner, and interstitial advertisements to sustain free-to-use application deployment.
Data Processing & Identifiers: AdMob may collect and process device-specific network identifiers (such as mobile advertising IDs, device model, and performance logs).
Consent Management (GDPR Compliance): For users detected within the EEA or UK via the geolocation protocol, a strict built-in General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) consent dialog is served. Users maintain the absolute right to choose between personalized advertising or non-personalized advertising, or to reset their consent state dynamically through the Application's internal privacy menu.
4. Children’s Privacy
Since the Application does not actively gather, collect, or request any personal information from any user, it does not knowingly collect or maintain data from children under the age of 13 (or under the applicable age threshold in relevant jurisdictions). The platform is completely safe regarding data harvesting concerns for all user categories.
5. Medical and Operational Disclaimer
While the Application generates technical frequency combinations, it does not constitute medical equipment, clinical therapy, or professional diagnostic tools.
The Application is designed exclusively for relaxation, meditation, and entertainment purposes.
It must not be substituted for medical treatment, advice, or clinical intervention.
Due to the active utilization of rapid flashing visual elements, dynamic canvas visualizers, and heavy acoustic isolation frequencies, this application is not recommended for individuals diagnosed with photosensitive epilepsy, severe cardiac conditions, or related neurological sensitivities unless cleared by a certified medical doctor.
6. Updates to this Privacy Policy
The Application developer reserves the right to amend or update this Privacy Policy to mirror modifications in technology, regulatory frameworks, or application features. Any updates will be pushed directly to the user interface with a revised "Effective Date" posted clearly at the top of the document.
7. Contact and Inquiries
For any questions regarding this policy, data privacy architecture, or third-party service implementations, you can contact the developer directly via email at: rrenaturibin@gmail.com.
