Events Management is a simple and free events management tool for musicians, singers, sound operators and other industry related people. We care about your privacy and security of your personnel information.
Types of Data Collected
To provide essential app functionality and secure access, we collect the following data:
Authentication Information: When creating an account or logging in, we may collect your email address, name, and password. Users also have the option to log in through Google, in which case basic profile information (such as name and email) may be collected directly from Google.
Query data: When users submit a query through the 'Contact Us' page, we collect their username, email address, and the content of the query to assist with their request and provide support.
How We Use Your Personal Data
The data collected is used solely for essential app functions, including:
Account Access and Authentication: Your email, name, and password are used to create and verify your account, allowing you to securely access your data. If you choose Google login, we use the provided data to streamline the login process.
Store and Display Event Information: Your event data remains locally stored, allowing you to manage and view it as needed.
Respond to Inquiries: Any information provided via the “Contact Us” page will be used solely to respond to your questions or concerns.
To provide a seamless experience and essential functionality, our app requires the following permissions:
Internet Access: This permission is used to enable Firebase authentication, allowing users to log in and access their data, as well as to facilitate the backup and restore features.
Network State Access: This permission helps the app determine network connectivity to ensure reliable access to online features, such as data backup, Google login, and authentication.
Storage (Read and Write): The app requires access to internal storage to save and retrieve locally stored event data and any backups you choose to create. This ensures that your data remains accessible within the app and can be restored if needed.
Notifications: This permission enables the app to send custom notifications, such as reminders for upcoming events or important updates, helping you stay organized and informed.
Receive Boot Completed: Allows the app to restart its notifications and reminders when the device is rebooted, so you don’t miss important alerts or event reminders after restarting your device.
Google Advertising ID: The app requests access to your device’s Google Advertising ID (AD_ID). This may be used for analytics and, if applicable, for displaying personalized ads in accordance with Google’s policies.
Each of these permissions is essential for the core functionality of the app, and we do not use them for any other purpose. If you have any questions about permissions, please contact us via the “Contact Us” page in the app.
Our app does not address any one under the age of 13. We do not collect any personnel information from children through our application.
