At Ecab, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the minimum amount of data necessary to provide our services:
Phone Number (Core Data): We collect your phone number and the phone numbers you provide to facilitate the app’s core functionality, such as sending WhatsApp messages, managing bulk campaigns, and ensuring account security. This is essential for the application to perform its primary tasks.
Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture to create your account and sync your data across devices.
Message & Contact Data: Your message logs, scheduled messages, and numbers used in bulk campaigns are stored securely in our cloud database (Firebase Firestore) to allow synchronization across your devices. You maintain full control to delete this history at any time.
Notification Data (Local Processing): When you enable the "Notification Listener" feature, the app processes incoming notifications from specific apps (e.g., WhatsApp) locally on your device. We do not upload the content of your notifications to our servers unless you explicitly choose to save a message log.
Device Information: We may collect information about your device type, operating system, and device identifiers for analytics and troubleshooting purposes.
2. Permissions We Request
To provide specific features, the app may request the following permissions:
Notification Access (Notification Listener): Strictly required to detect incoming messages from supported apps (like WhatsApp) so the app can perform automated tasks such as Auto Reply or saving message history. We filter notifications to only process relevant messaging apps and ignore sensitive notifications (such as banking or OTPs).
Phone State (Read Phone State): Required to detect incoming calls in real-time. This allows the app to trigger the "Call Alert" feature and display your saved notes when a specific number calls you. We do not record calls or store your call history externally.
Display Over Other Apps (Overlay): Used to show the "Call Alert" popup and notes on top of your screen during an ijncoming call.
Contacts (Optional): Used strictly to help you select phone numbers from your device when creating messages or campaigns. We do not upload your contact list to our servers automatically.
Post Notifications: Used to notify you about the status of bulk campaigns, scheduled messages, or app updates.
Storage / Media (Audio & Music): Used to access audio files on your device so you can select a custom notification tone via our Tone Picker.
3. Third-Party Services

All payments and subscriptions (Premium features) are processed securely through the Google Play Store. We do not store or have access to your credit card details or banking information.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. All data transmission between the app and our servers is encrypted via SSL (HTTPS).
6. Account and Data Deletion (Mandatory Disclosure)
We provide a clear way for users to manage and delete their data:
A. Full Account Deletion: To delete your account and all associated personal data permanently:
Open the App and go to Settings.
Click on Delete Account.
Alternatively, you can request account deletion by emailing us at: developerecab@gmail.com.
Effect: This will permanently remove your email, name, profile picture, and all saved cloud history from our servers.
B. Partial Data Deletion (Clear History): Users can delete their activity data without deleting their account:
Go to Settings.
Click on "Clear History".
Effect: This will permanently remove all your message logs and scheduled numbers from our servers while keeping your account and premium subscription active.
7. Children’s Privacy
Our services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
