Information Collection and Use

We do not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide your name, email address, or phone number to use Custom Crosshair: Aimset.

Your crosshair settings — the preset you selected, along with its size, color, opacity, and position — are stored only in local storage on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or store these settings on our servers.

Display Over Other Apps (Overlay Permission)

Custom Crosshair: Aimset requires the "Display over other apps" permission to draw your crosshair on top of other applications on your screen.

This permission is used for one purpose only: to render a visual overlay. The app does not read, record, capture, screenshot, or transmit the contents of your screen. The app does not detect which applications you are running, and it does not monitor, intercept, or log anything you do inside other applications.

You may revoke this permission at any time in your device settings under Apps > Special app access > Display over other apps. Revoking it will disable the crosshair overlay but will not otherwise affect the app.

Advertising

The free version of Custom Crosshair: Aimset displays advertisements, including banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded video ads that you may voluntarily watch to unlock additional crosshair presets.

Our advertising partners may collect and use your Advertising ID (a resettable identifier provided by Google Play Services), approximate location derived from your IP address, device type, operating system version, and information about your interaction with ads to serve and measure advertising, including personalized advertising.

You can control this at any time:

• To reset or delete your Advertising ID, go to Settings > Google > Ads on your Android device.

• To opt out of personalized advertising, enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization" in the same menu.

• Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before serving personalized ads, and you may change your choice at any time from within the app.

In-App Purchases

Custom Crosshair: Aimset offers a single one-time in-app purchase that removes advertisements and unlocks all crosshair presets permanently.

All purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We never receive, collect, or store your credit card number, bank details, or billing address. We receive only a purchase token and transaction status from Google, which we use to verify and restore your purchase. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for information on how Google handles payment data.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics to understand how the app is used and to diagnose crashes. This includes aggregated, non-identifying information such as which features are opened, session length, app version, device model, and crash stack traces. We use this information solely to fix problems and improve the app.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

This Service does not use these "cookies" explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use "cookies" to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies and individuals for the following reasons:

• To facilitate our Service;

• To provide the Service on our behalf;

• To perform Service-related services; or

• To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

We want to inform users of this Service that these third parties have access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

Data Deletion Rights & Instructions

Most of your usage data (such as progress, settings, and local logs) is stored locally on your device. 

- Local Data Deletion: You can delete all locally stored data at any time by clearing the app's cache/data via your device settings or by uninstalling the Custom Crosshair: Aimset. 

- Data Deletion Requests: If you have any concerns or wish to request the deletion of any data that may have been collected by integrated third-party services (such as Analytics or Ad networks), you can contact us directly via email at admin@hpgmobile.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will assist and process your request within 30 days.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent for personalized advertising. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have these rights under the GDPR; residents of California have comparable rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

Security

We value your trust in providing us with your Personal Information; thus, we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children's Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please get in touch with us so that we will be able to take the necessary actions.
