Privacy Policy – Color Pop: Coloring Book

MD UZZAL MIA ("we") built Color Pop: Coloring Book (the "App"). This policy explains what information the App uses, why, and your choices.

1. Information We Collect

Photos (only what you choose)

• Import: when you create a coloring page from a photo, you pick a single photo with Apple's photo picker. The App receives only that photo, never your library. The photo is converted into a coloring page on your device.

• Save: when you save artwork, the App asks for permission to add images to your Photos. It cannot read your existing photos.

Camera

• If you take a photo to color, it is processed on your device and never uploaded.

Notifications

• If you turn on the Daily Art reminder, the App schedules local notifications on your device. No data is sent to a server. You can turn it off in the App's Settings or in iOS Settings.

Coloring page downloads

• The list of coloring pages is delivered through Firebase Remote Config (Google). The images are downloaded from the websites that host them. Like any web request, these servers can see your IP address and basic request information.

Analytics (Firebase Analytics, Google)

• We collect usage events such as app opens, screens viewed, categories selected, coloring and export actions, and subscription screen interactions. Firebase uses a random app-instance identifier, device information (model, OS version, language) and approximate location derived from your IP address. This data is not linked to your name or email and is used only to improve the App.

Purchases (Apple and RevenueCat)

• Payments are processed by Apple. RevenueCat helps us check your subscription status using a random app user ID, purchase history and device information. We never see or store your payment details.

Support emails

• If you contact us from Settings, the email includes your device model, iOS version, app version and a device identifier (identifierForVendor) to help us fix issues. You can delete this before sending.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not ask for your name, email or account.

• We do not upload your artwork. Your paintings, favorites and settings stay on your device.

• We do not use advertising identifiers and do not track you across other apps or websites.

• We do not sell your data.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide coloring, painting, saving and sharing features

• To deliver new coloring pages and the daily Art of the Day

• To process purchases and restore subscriptions

• To answer support requests

• To understand usage and improve the App

4. Third-Party Services

• Websites hosting coloring page images receive standard web requests (IP address) when images are downloaded.

5. Data Storage and Retention

• Artwork and app data are stored only on your device until you delete them (My Art → Delete) or delete the App.

• Downloaded images are cached on your device and can be cleared in Settings → Clear Cache.

• Analytics data is kept by Firebase according to Google's retention settings.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your Choices and Rights

• Turn off notifications in Settings

• Clear cached images in Settings

• Delete artwork in My Art

• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings

• Contact us to request deletion of any data associated with your device

8. Subscriptions

Premium is available as an auto-renewing weekly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by country. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings. The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment and never renews.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
