These Terms of Use apply to the ClearSpace: One Tap Cleaner app ("Application") provided by Lisa Jarve ("Service Provider").

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.

Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms

The Application offers auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock premium features and functionality.

Subscription Titles:

ClearSpace: One Tap Cleaner app Premium Weekly

ClearSpace: One Tap Cleaner app Premium Yearly

Subscription Lengths:

1 Week (may include a 3-day free trial where applicable)

1 Year

Pricing:

Exact prices are displayed in-app before confirmation of purchase in your local currency.

Standard fallback prices (e.g., $12.99/week and $69.99/year) may vary by region, applicable taxes, currency fluctuations, and App Store pricing tiers.

Payment & Renewal:

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.  

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.  

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Managing & Cancellation:

You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time by going to your Apple ID Account Settings in the iOS Settings app after purchase (Settings -> Apple ID -> Subscriptions).

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which is accessible within the Application and via the App Store product page, to understand our data processing practices.

Intellectual Property

Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or modification of the Application, its source code, or trademarks is strictly prohibited. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider.

Use of the Service & Device Security

Some features of the Application require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for reduced functionality resulting from a lack of Wi-Fi access or cellular data limits.

If you use the Application outside Wi-Fi coverage, your mobile operator's terms apply, and data or roaming fees may occur. You are solely responsible for such charges.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. Modifying your device operating system (such as jailbreaking) may compromise security and prevent the Application from functioning properly.

Third-Party Services

The Application utilizes trusted third-party SDKs and service providers to support app operations, analytics, subscription management, and marketing attribution (including Google Analytics for Firebase, Apphud, and Google Ads). These services handle data in accordance with their respective terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider strives to keep the Application accurate, reliable, and up to date, but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully continuous operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect losses caused by reliance on or use of the Application.

Updates & Termination

The Service Provider reserves the right to update or discontinue the Application at any time. You may need to download updates to continue using the Application. Upon termination of service, all license rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately end.

Changes to These Terms

The Service Provider may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page or within the Application.
