3.How do we handle face data?

We use artificial intelligence technology to automatically create highly realistic facial transformations base on the portrait photos user uploaded.
We use a third-party cloud provider (specifically Google Cloud, AWS, Runpod.io, Alibaba Cloud) as the server for image processing and editing.
Only the selected photos are uploaded to the cloud for editing.
Photos are temporarily cached on the cloud servers during the editing process.
Photos remain in the cloud for a very short period of 60 minutes after you have last edited the photograph, so that you can access the image and make additional modifications if you choose to do so.
We do not use the photos you provide for any reason other than to provide you with the portrait editing functionality.

We are committed to delivering different tools. Our Services may use modern approaches and settings including machine learning or artificial intelligence algorithms to provide you with personalized solutions that meet the needs of your creativity. While using face effects we need to show them in the right place in your photos to realize the final result of how the tool works. This information is not used to identify you.
3.3. No Facial Recognition or Biometric Processing
Our services do not use facial recognition, biometric templates, or any systems regulated by law. We strictly comply with regulations, ensuring no facial data or biometric templates are created or stored, prioritizing user privacy.
3.4 Use of Photographs
We may collect photographs you provide via your camera or camera roll but only store the specific images you choose to modify. We do not access your full photo albums. While photographs are not classified as biometric data, we treat them with the highest level of care to protect user privacy.
