Welcome to Bible Gist: Bible Stories ("Bible Gist", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bible Gist mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the App.
Bible Gist: Bible Stories provides:
Bible stories with scriptural references
Bedtime Bible stories and inspirational content
Audio listening features
Ability to add stories to a favorites list
The App is designed for personal, non-commercial use only.
The App is intended for general and family-friendly use. If you are under the age of 13, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Bible Gist offers optional premium subscription plans:
Weekly: $6.99
Yearly: $39.99
Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Subscription fees are charged to your app store account upon confirmation of purchase.
We do not collect or store your payment information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Renewal charges will be applied within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings.
Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
Refunds are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
All content available in the App, including but not limited to text, audio, stories, design elements, logos, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Bible Gist and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify App content without prior written permission
Use the App or its content for commercial purposes
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to interfere with the App’s security or functionality
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App’s source code
Misuse or abuse the content or services provided
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding:
Continuous or error-free operation
Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content
Suitability of the App for any particular purpose
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bible Gist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
