This Privacy Policy explains how Invention Games (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use RoboBox (the “App”) on Android and iOS.

We do not collect personal information from users within the App.
The App includes in-app purchases (e.g., RoboCoins, Skins, or removing ads).
The App shows ads, which can be removed via an in-app purchase.
Certain third-party services (app stores, payment platforms, and ad providers) may process technical data needed to operate their services.
We do not collect information that directly identifies you (such as name, email, or precise location) from within the App.
However, when you use the App, the following may be processed automatically by platform providers and, where applicable, ad partners:
Device and technical data: device model, operating system version, language, approximate country/region, approximate IP address, advertising identifiers (AAID/IDFA), performance data.
Usage and diagnostics: basic events necessary to ensure the App functions properly (e.g., purchase verification/restoration, crash logs).
Transaction data: limited data required to manage in-app purchases.
These processing activities are primarily performed by Google/Apple and, where used, advertising providers for payment processing, purchase verification, ad measurement/frequency capping, fraud prevention, and related operations. Invention Games does not receive bank details or card numbers.
The App uses official store systems: Google Play Billing (Android) and In-App Purchases (iOS).
These platforms process transactions and may handle data necessary to complete them (e.g., purchase history, country, device identifiers). We do not store users’ financial information.
The App may display ads. If you purchase the “remove ads” option, we will stop requesting and showing ads on that device/user.
Ad platforms may use your device’s advertising identifier and technical data to select, measure, and improve ads or to limit their frequency.
If you prefer not to receive personalized ads, you can reset or limit the advertising identifier in your device settings.

Operate, maintain, and improve the App.
Manage in-app purchases and purchase restoration.

Depending on your jurisdiction, processing may rely on performance of a contract (providing the App), legitimate interests (operation, security, basic measurement), and/or consent (e.g., for personalized ads where required). When needed, the App or the platform will request your consent.
RoboBox is not directed specifically to children under 13/16 (depending on applicable law). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Technical and transaction data processed by third parties are retained for as long as necessary for the purposes described and in accordance with their policies. Invention Games does not retain players’ personal information.
Third-party services we use may operate in various countries. These providers apply appropriate safeguards in line with applicable regulations (e.g., standard contractual clauses).
We apply reasonable measures to protect the App and rely on the security of platform and ad providers. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Personalized ads: limit or reset the advertising identifier in your device settings.
