Lucky Time provides this Privacy Policy to describe the ways we collect, store, use, and manage the information, when you use the mobile application (the “App”). Including the types of information gathered, how information is used and safeguarded, and how you may control the maintenance and sharing of your information. We will refer to our users as “you” in this Privacy Policy.
By downloading the application or using the services, you consent to the terms and conditions of this privacy policy and to our processing of personal information for the purposes stated below. The App does not allow you to submit any information directly to us. If you submit any information to Lucky Time through our Facebook or other sites or services, please refer to the Lucky Time Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use and disclose such information.

• Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access the App, including information about t your unique device ID, hardware type, the version of your operating system (“OS”), push or other device tokens, mobile network information and time zone.
• Usage Information: We collect and use your in-game actions and achievements, as well as certain information about your mobile device.
• Consumption information: We collect information about your consumption habits relating to your use of the App, including which purchases you make with both virtual and real currencies.
2. How we use of your Information
We use information collected through our APP for purposes described in this Policy or disclosed to you in connection with our Service. We may use information for various purposes, including to:

3. Who We Share Information With

We may use third party service providers to perform services for us such as to provide the infrastructure and IT services (including but not limited to data storage), process PayPal transactions, to provide customer services. In the performance of these services, the third parties’ vendors may have access to your personal data but is only authorized to process it strictly on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions.
• Information Shared with Other Players. When you use the Services, and in particular when you play our games, use social features within those games, or take part in live events, we will share certain Personal Data with other players. This Personal Data includes your in-game actions and achievements, the real-world location of gameplay resources you interacted with when playing the game.
• Information Shared with Third Parties. We share Anonymous Data with third parties for industry and market analysis. We may share Personal Data with our third-party publishing partners for their direct marketing purposes only if we have your express permission. We do not share Personal Data with any other third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
4. Advertising Uses and Analytics Services
Our Games include advertising for third party services and products. We and our advertising partners use certain data about you in order to improve our advertising practices and make the ads we deliver more effective, relevant and enjoyable, including by deploying interest-based advertising, as well as targeting and ad measurement and attribution systems.
We may allow third parties to serve contextual advertisements and provide analytics services in connection with the App. These entities may use various identifiers to collect information about your use of the App, including your IP address, MAC address, device identifiers, software and hardware information, time zone and usage information. This information may be used by Vega and others to, among other things, determine the popularity of certain content, deliver contextual advertising and content and better understand your activity on the App. Third-party ad serving and analytics technologies are integrated into the App, so if you do not want to be subject to these technologies, do not use or access the App.

In order to protect your Personal Data held with us and our Service Providers, we are using industry-standard physical, procedural and electronic security measures, including encryption where deemed appropriate. Lucky Time takes reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
6. Your Choices
• Object to us processing your Personal Data. Some of the Personal Data we hold is necessary for us to provide the Services to you and fulfill the promises we make to you in the Terms of Service.
• Opting Out of App Notifications. With your consent, we may send push notifications or alerts to your mobile device to provide game-related information, service updates, promotional communications and other related messages. You can deactivate these notifications by changing your notification settings on your device.
• Delete or correct your Personal Data. You can submit a customer support request through our support xunancom2019@gmail.com.
7. Storage of Information
Lucky Time will store your information for as long as necessary in order to provide you with the App. Your Personal Data may be maintained, processed, accessed and stored by Lucky Time. We retain your Personal Data in order to maintain and expand our relationship, and to provide you with our Services. In other words, we will retain your Personal Data for as long as you remain our user and have not notified us otherwise. We will take reasonable measures to delete your personal information if you delete your account.
Please note that except as required by applicable law, we will not be obligated to retain your data for any particular period, and are free to securely delete it for any reason and at any time, with or without notice to you.
