LiFORCE is a software application of ABH-Nord GmbH. This service is provided free of charge
and is intended for use as described. This page serves to inform users about our guidelines for the
collection, use and disclosure of personal data when using our service.
By using our app, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this
policy. Personal data is processed for the purpose of providing, functioning and analysing errors in
the app.

2. information collected during the download
When you download the app, certain required information is transmitted to the app store you have
selected (e.g. Google Play or Apple App Store), in particular the user name, email address, customer
number of your account, the time of the download, payment information and the individual device
identification number may be processed. This data is processed exclusively by the respective app
store and is beyond our control.
3. basic functions of the LiFORCE app
The following functions are available within the app:
• Naming the coupled battery
• Checking the state of charge (SOC)
• Monitoring the charge/discharge status
• Warnings in the event of malfunctions or abnormal behaviour of the battery
• Switching the Bluetooth connection to sleep mode to save energy
• Access to the user manual within the app
4. information collection and utilisation
For better usability, we may ask you to provide certain personal data (e.g. connected Bluetooth
information, changed Bluetooth name, notification time and type).
The collected data is only stored on the local device and is automatically deleted when the app is
uninstalled.
5. crash reports and error logs
In the event of errors in the app, data and information (e.g. IP address, device name, operating
system version, configuration of the app, usage time) are collected on the device. You can send us
this information at your express request.
6. cookies
The app does not use cookies. We cannot rule out the possibility that integrated third-party
programme libraries (SDK) may use cookies.
7. safety
The app is secured according to the state of the art and updated regularly. The app always runs in a
data environment that cannot be accessed by other apps (sandbox).
We have no influence on any misbehaviour or security problems of the mobile operating system
(iOS/Android).
8. data protection of minors
The services are not intended for persons under the age of 13. The installation and use of the app is
the responsibility of minors' legal guardians.
9. your rights as a data subject
You are entitled to request information about the data we have stored about you, to request the
correction of incorrect data or, in the case of unauthorised data storage, to request the restriction or
deletion of the data. You also have the right to object and to data portability.
