This Privacy Policy explains how J & M LOGGING, INC. ("we", "us" or "our") handles information in the Junglee Rummy Master iOS application (the "App") and the public legal pages made available for the App. Our address is 1665 Macedonia Rd, Centreville, Mississippi, 39631-3639, United States.
This policy is intended to describe the App as it exists today: a cash-free card practice game with no account registration, no in-app advertising and no user-uploaded content. If the App changes, this policy will be updated before or when the new data practice begins.
The App stores gameplay progress and preferences in local iOS application storage. This can include:
whether onboarding has been completed;
wins, games played, streaks, stars and completed missions;
selected table size and built-in avatar;
selected theme, music, sound-effect and haptic-feedback settings.
This information is used to provide the App and is kept separate from the technical and attribution information described below. You can generally remove this local information by deleting the App from your iPhone. iOS may retain certain device backups according to your own Apple settings.
The App includes the Adjust iOS SDK and related Apple/Google attribution components. Depending on your device, Apple settings, campaign and authorization status, these services may process limited information such as:
an Adjust device identifier (ADID) or similar SDK-generated identifier;
the Apple ID for Vendors (IDFV), where provided by iOS and the SDK configuration;
the Apple ID for Advertisers (IDFA), only where permitted by Apple and authorized through AppTrackingTransparency (ATT);
ATT authorization status;
SKAdNetwork or other privacy-preserving conversion/attribution signals;
Apple AdServices attribution information, where available;
app install/session timestamps and app version;
device and operating-system information, such as device model, iOS version, language, time zone and network-related information; and
campaign attribution information, such as network, campaign, ad group, creative, click label and install status.
The precise information available depends on the SDK configuration, iOS version, your permission choices and whether an attribution campaign exists. We do not use the App to collect your name, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos, camera, microphone or financial information.
When ATT authorization is not granted, the App does not access IDFA for tracking. Adjust may still receive a limited, privacy-preserving measurement request as described in the Third-Party Services & Attribution Notice. Declining ATT does not prevent you from playing the App.
If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, screenshots and the details needed to investigate a problem. Please do not send payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, passwords or other sensitive information in a support email.
The current App does not provide account creation, login, cloud save, chat, social posting, user-uploaded media, in-app purchases, subscriptions, cash games, deposits, withdrawals or redeemable rewards. It does not request contacts, location, photos, camera or microphone permissions.
We use information to:
save and restore local settings and practice progress;
operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the App;
measure app installs and campaign performance using privacy-preserving attribution;
respond to support, privacy and grievance requests;
prevent abuse, protect our rights and comply with applicable law; and
maintain records needed to administer this policy and our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use gameplay progress to create a social profile or to offer targeted in-app advertising. We do not use the App to make decisions about your eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance or government benefits.
On iOS, the App may show Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency prompt. It asks whether you allow tracking or access to the device advertising identifier for campaign measurement. You can allow or deny the prompt. You can later change the choice in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
If you deny ATT, core game functionality remains available. Apple’s SKAdNetwork and Google’s On-device Conversion Measurement may provide aggregated or privacy-preserving campaign measurement without IDFA. The availability and behavior of those services are controlled by Apple, Google, Adjust and the applicable iOS version.
We share limited information with service providers only as needed for the purposes above:
Adjust — mobile measurement, attribution, SDK operation and campaign reporting. Adjust may process SDK identifiers, technical information, session/install information and attribution information.
Google On-device Conversion Measurement — privacy-preserving measurement of eligible Google Ads app campaigns through the integrated Adjust/Google components. The measurement is designed to work without relying on IDFA.
Apple services — Apple’s ATT, SKAdNetwork and AdServices components may process the signals needed for Apple permission and attribution functionality.
Support, hosting and professional providers — providers that help us host the legal pages, receive support messages, secure systems or comply with law, under appropriate instructions or legal obligations.
Our service providers must protect information consistently with this policy and applicable law. We do not authorize a service provider to use your information for a purpose incompatible with this policy. The separate Third-Party Services & Attribution Notice contains links to relevant provider information.
The public legal pages may be hosted using Google Sites. Google may process technical information about visitors to those pages under its own terms and privacy policy. That hosting activity is separate from the App’s gameplay data stored on the device.
We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process or a valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to detect fraud, protect safety, enforce our terms or protect our rights. If our business is reorganized, limited information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.
Our service providers may process information in India or other countries where they or their infrastructure operate. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we apply the safeguards required by applicable law and our agreements with providers. The App’s local gameplay data remains on your iPhone unless you choose to send it to us, but SDK attribution data may be transmitted to the relevant provider.
Local gameplay data: retained on your iPhone until you delete the App, reset its data through an available App control, or the operating system removes it.
Support correspondence: retained only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, manage a repeat issue, maintain security records or meet a legal obligation, and normally no longer than 24 months after the last meaningful communication.
Measurement and attribution data: retained for no longer than 12 months after collection or the relevant measurement activity, unless a longer period is required or permitted by applicable law. The operator will configure the Adjust account consistently with this policy before release.
When retention ends, information is deleted, de-identified or aggregated, except for limited records that must be retained by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
To request deletion or ask what can be removed, email talbota@jmlogging.pics with the subject “Junglee Rummy Master — Privacy Request”. Do not include an IDFA in your email. We may ask for reasonable information to verify and safely handle the request. Because the current App has no user account, we cannot remotely delete local gameplay data from your iPhone; delete the App to remove that local data. We can handle an applicable request concerning support records or provider-held attribution information.
Depending on where you live and which provisions are in force, you may have rights to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal data, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, obtain information about processing, and raise a grievance. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
For users in India, requests may be submitted to talbota@jmlogging.pics. You may also contact our grievance contact at talbota@jmlogging.pics. If your request is not resolved, you may have the right to approach the competent authority or Data Protection Board under applicable Indian law and the applicable enforcement timeline.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal or processing that is permitted on another legal basis. You can withdraw ATT permission through iOS Settings as described above. We will not require you to provide personal information that is not reasonably necessary to handle your request.
The App is intended for users aged 18 years or older and is not directed at children under 18. The App does not require an account or direct personal information to play. We do not knowingly ask children to submit names, contact details or other direct identifiers. If a parent or guardian believes a person under 18 has sent personal information to us, please contact talbota@jmlogging.pics so we can review and delete it where required by law.
Where applicable law requires verifiable parental consent or additional protections for a child, we will follow those requirements. Parents and guardians should review the App’s age rating, this policy and the device’s privacy controls before allowing a child to use the App.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information. Local progress is protected by the operating system’s application sandbox. Data transmitted by the SDK or support providers is subject to the security measures of those providers and the transport controls they use. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
The legal site may link to Apple, Adjust, Google or other third-party pages. Those services have their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of a third-party page that we do not control.
We may update this policy when the App, providers or law changes. We will change the “Last updated” date and publish the revised version at the same URL where reasonably possible. If a change materially affects how we process personal data, we will provide additional notice or seek consent where required.
