General Conditions

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reasonable cause at our sole discretion.
• Grammar checker - humanize AI app is under no obligation to monitor content, but we reserve the right to remove any material or accounts that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be illegal, offensive, defamatory, or threatening.

• We reserve the right to reclaim usernames on behalf of businesses or individuals that hold legal claims or trademarks on those names.

Refund Policy
For the App Store:
• We do not process or issue refunds for in-app purchases made through the Apple App Store. To request a refund, you must contact Apple Support directly.
• In-app subscriptions automatically renew through the App Store. The app administration cannot refund these charges. Users are entirely responsible for managing and canceling future renewals directly through their App Store account.
Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase. Paid subscriptions automatically renew until canceled in the Manage Subscriptions section of your account settings. We will notify you if the price of a paid subscription increases and, if required, seek your consent to continue. You will be charged within 24 hours prior to the start of the next subscription period. To avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription before the free trial or current billing period ends.

All content built into this app—including images, text, user interfaces, and videos—is protected under copyright and trademark laws. It is illegal to use any of these assets without our explicit written consent. Except for user-uploaded content, all material available in the app is the exclusive property of Grammar checker - humanize AI app.
These Terms do not grant you any right to use the app’s name, logos, domain names, templates, or other distinguishing brand features. We reserve the right to use any remarks, feedback, or recommendations you provide regarding the application without any obligation to you.
