End User License Agreement

By downloading, accessing, or using Logo Maker, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “EULA”). If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not download, access, or use Logo Maker. 

1. License Grant. Logo Maker grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Logo Maker on your compatible device in accordance with the terms of this EULA. 

2. Restrictions. You may not: (a) modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Logo Maker; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Logo Maker; (c) distribute, rent, lease, or lend Logo Maker; (d) remove any proprietary notices or labels on Logo Maker; or (e) use Logo Maker for any commercial purpose. 

3. Ownership. Logo Maker and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the property of Logo Maker and its licensors. Nothing in this EULA is intended to transfer any such intellectual property rights to, or to vest any such intellectual property rights in, you. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Logo Maker and its licensors. 

4. Termination. Logo Maker reserves the right to terminate this EULA at any time if you fail to comply with any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of Logo Maker and destroy all copies of Logo Maker in your possession or control. 

5. Disclaimer of Warranty. LOGO MAKER IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LOGO MAKER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. LOGO MAKER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT LOGO MAKER WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF LOGO MAKER WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE. 

6. Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT SHALL LOGO MAKER OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATING TO THIS EULA OR THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE LOGO MAKER, EVEN IF LOGO MAKER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 

7. Governing Law. This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which you reside. 

8. Entire Agreement. This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Logo Maker with respect to Logo Maker and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter. No amendment to or modification of this EULA will be binding unless in writing and signed by Logo Maker. By downloading, accessing, or using Logo Maker, you acknowledge that you have read this EULA and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
