Privacy Policy (English)

1. No Server Storage or External Data Collection

Authenti is a 100% serverless, on-device application.

We do not collect, store, analyze, or sell any personal data, photos, EXIF metadata, GPS coordinates, or unique device identifiers on external cloud servers.

All cryptographic signatures (Secure Enclave P-256 ECDSA), image verifications (aHash), and metadata bindings are performed exclusively on your iPhone.

2. What Permissions Does the App Require and Why?

To function properly, Authenti requires access to specific features on your device. None of this data ever leaves your device through our software.

Camera: Used to capture photos that are immediately cryptographically signed using the Secure Enclave.

Location Services (GPS & Altitude): Used to permanently embed the precise geographic coordinates and altitude at the moment a photo is taken into the photo's local EXIF/TIFF metadata. (Pro users can locally hide or fuzz the display of this information.)

Photo Library: Used to save authenticated photos and to locally verify selected photos for manipulation or cropping.

System Information (Device Model & Time): Used to bind the hardware model and the exact UTC timestamp to the cryptographic signature.

3. In-App Purchases and Payments

Subscriptions and one-time purchases in Authenti are processed through Apple StoreKit 2.

Payment and transaction information is processed exclusively by Apple Inc. in accordance with Apple's own Privacy Policy.

We never have access to your credit card or banking information. We only receive anonymous status updates from Apple (for example, whether you have an active subscription) in order to unlock Pro features on your device.

4. Analytics and Third Parties

Authenti does not include any third-party SDKs for tracking, advertising, or behavioral analytics (such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel).

If you have enabled Apple's anonymous crash reporting in your iOS settings, we may receive anonymous, non-identifiable crash logs through Apple's developer platform solely to diagnose and fix software issues.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

Because all data remains stored exclusively on your own device, you have complete and direct control over your information.

Access & Deletion: You can delete your photos, metadata, and app settings at any time by removing the photos from your Photo Library or by uninstalling the Authenti app from your device.

1. Geen Server-Opslag of Externe Verzameling

Authenti is een 100% serverloze en lokale applicatie.

• Wij verzamelen, bewaren, analyseren of verkopen geen persoonsgegevens, foto’s, EXIF-metadata, GPS-coördinaten of unieke toestelkenmerken op externe cloudservers.

• Alle cryptografische handtekeningen (Secure Enclave P-256 ECDSA), beeldverificaties (aHash) en metadata-bindingen worden uitsluitend lokaal op jouw iPhone verwerkt.

2. Welke Toegang heeft de App nodig en Waarom?

Om te kunnen functioneren heeft Authenti lokaal toegang nodig tot specifieke functies op jouw toestel. Deze gegevens verlaten jouw toestel nooit via onze software:

• Camera: Om foto's te maken die rechtstreeks via de Secure Enclave cryptografisch ondertekend kunnen worden.

• Locatiediensten (GPS & Hoogte): Om de exacte geografische coördinaten en hoogte op het moment van de opname onuitwisbaar in de lokale EXIF/TIFF-metadata van de foto te verankeren. (Pro-gebruikers kunnen de weergave van deze gegevens lokaal afschermen/fuzzen).

• Fotobibliotheek (Camera Rol): Om de geauthenticeerde foto's op te slaan en om geselecteerde foto's lokaal te controleren op manipulatie of bijsnijden.

• Systeeminformatie (Toestelmodel & Tijd): Om het hardwaremodel en de exacte UTC-tijdstempel aan de cryptografische handtekening te koppelen.

3. In-App Aankopen en Betalingen

Abonnementen en eenmalige aankopen in Authenti worden afgehandeld via Apple StoreKit 2.

• Betalings- en transactiegegevens worden uitsluitend verwerkt door Apple Inc. volgens hun eigen privacybeleid.

• Wij hebben geen toegang tot jouw creditcard- of bankgegevens. Wij ontvangen van Apple enkel anonieme statusupdates (bijv. "actief abonnement") om Pro-functionaliteiten op jouw toestel vrij te schakelen.

4. Analytische Gegevens en Derde Partijen

Authenti bevat geen SDK’s van derden voor tracking, advertenties of gedragsanalyse (zoals Google Analytics of Facebook Pixel). Indien je in je iOS-instellingen toestemming hebt gegeven aan Apple om anonieme crashrapporten te delen, ontvangen wij enkel via het ontwikkelaarsplatform van Apple anonieme, niet-identificeerbare technische crashlogs om fouten op te lossen.

5. Jouw Rechten (AVG / GDPR)

Aangezien alle gegevens uitsluitend lokaal op jouw apparaat staan ingesteld, heb je de volledige en directe controle over jouw data:

• Inzage & Verwijdering: Je kunt op elk moment foto's, metadata en instellingen verwijderen door de foto's uit je Camera Rol te wissen of de Authenti-app van je toestel te verwijderen.
