1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Location Data
We collect GPS location data while you use the app to measure areas and distances. This data is processed on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless you choose to sync your measurements.
Usage Data
We collect anonymous usage analytics (screens visited, features used, crash reports) via Firebase Analytics to improve the app.
Advertising Data
We use Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads. On iOS, we request App Tracking Transparency permission before collecting any advertising identifier.
Purchases
In-app purchases are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment information.
Account Data (if you sign up)
If you create an account, we collect your name and email address to identify your account and sync your saved measurements.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
- To provide GPS measurement features
- To save and sync your measurements
- To show relevant advertisements
- To improve the app through analytics
- To send important updates about the app
3. DATA SHARING
We do not sell your personal data.
We share data with:
- Google (Firebase Analytics, AdMob, Remote Config)
- Apple / Google Play (in-app purchases)
These third parties have their own privacy policies.
4. DATA RETENTION
Location data used for measurements is stored locally on your device only.
Account data is retained until you delete your account.
You can delete all local data by uninstalling the app.
5. YOUR RIGHTS
- Access or delete your account data by contacting support@your-domain.com
- Opt out of personalized ads via your device settings
- On iOS, you can deny App Tracking Transparency permission
6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ACCEPTANCE
By downloading or using GeoMeasure, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. LICENSE
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on your devices. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the app.
3. ACCURACY DISCLAIMER
GeoMeasure provides GPS-based estimates for informational purposes only. Measurements may vary based on GPS signal quality, device hardware, and environmental conditions. Do not use measurements for legal, construction, or official survey purposes without professional verification.
4. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PURCHASES
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store / Google Play account settings
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
- Lifetime purchase is a one-time payment with no expiry
5. FREE VERSION & ADS
The free version includes advertisements. Purchasing Premium removes ads.
6. USER CONTENT
Measurements and notes you save remain your property. You grant us permission to store and sync this content if you use cloud sync features.
7. PROHIBITED USE
You may not use the app to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the app
8. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including inaccurate measurements.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Country / State].
11. APPLE & GOOGLE
For iOS users: Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide support. In case of any claims related to the app, Apple is not responsible.
For Android users: Google Play is not a party to these Terms.
