AI Skills - Prompts & Courses ("App", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding your data. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2.1 Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address. The App does not require account creation or login.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the App, the following information may be collected automatically through third-party services:
Device Information: device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, language settings, and time zone.
Usage Data: app usage patterns, features accessed, session duration, course progress, screens viewed, and interaction events through Firebase Analytics.
Crash Reports: crash logs, stack traces, device state at the time of crash, and app version through Firebase Crashlytics.
Advertising Data: advertising identifier (IDFA, with your consent), ad interaction data, and ad performance metrics through Google AdMob.
Push Notification Data: push notification token and device identifier through OneSignal for delivering revision reminders.
Purchase Data: subscription status and purchase history managed by Apple through App Store. We do not process or store payment information directly.
2.3 Information Stored on Your Device
All learning progress, course completion data, card review schedules, XP scores, streak data, favorites, and preferences are stored locally on your device using Core Data and UserDefaults. This data is not transmitted to any server.
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use the automatically collected information for the following purposes:
To deliver and improve the App functionality and user experience.
To display advertisements through Google AdMob.
To send push notification reminders for card revision through OneSignal.
To analyze app performance, identify bugs, and fix crashes through Firebase Crashlytics.
To understand usage patterns and improve content through Firebase Analytics.
To process and verify in-app purchases and subscriptions through Apple StoreKit.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App uses the following third-party services that may collect data according to their own privacy policies:

5. ADVERTISING
The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may use your advertising identifier (IDFA) to show personalized ads, subject to your consent through the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt on iOS.
You may opt out of personalized advertising by:
Declining the ATT permission prompt when it appears.
Going to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your iOS device and disabling tracking for this App.
If you decline personalized ads, you will still see ads, but they will not be tailored to your interests.
Pro subscribers and users with an active Free Offer do not see any advertisements.
6. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
The App uses OneSignal to send push notification reminders for card revision based on the spaced repetition schedule. Notification content includes the card title and course name. Your device push token is stored by OneSignal to deliver notifications.
You may disable push notifications at any time by:
Going to Settings > Notifications > AI Skills on your iOS device and disabling notifications.
7. IN-APP PURCHASES
The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) and a one-time purchase (Prompt Library) through Apple App Store. All payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not collect, process, or store your payment information, credit card details, or billing address.
Subscription status is verified through Apple StoreKit and cached locally on your device for quick access.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The App does not require account creation, login, or submission of any personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a third-party service integrated in this App, please contact us at support.appteam204@gmail.com and we will take steps to address the concern.
9. DATA RETENTION
Automatically collected analytics and crash data is retained by the respective third-party services (Firebase, Google, OneSignal) according to their data retention policies. We do not maintain separate databases of user data.
Local data stored on your device (learning progress, preferences, favorites) remains on your device until you delete the App or clear its data.
10. DATA SECURITY
We implement commercially reasonable measures to protect information collected through the App. All data transmission between the App and third-party services is encrypted via SSL/HTTPS. Local data is stored in the iOS application sandbox, which is protected by the operating system.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:
Right to know what data is collected about you.
Right to request deletion of your data.
Right to opt out of personalized advertising.
Right to disable push notifications.
Right to delete all local data by uninstalling the App.

PART 2: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using AI Skills - Prompts & Courses ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
The App provides educational micro-courses about artificial intelligence, prompt engineering, and AI tools. Features include swipe-based lesson cards, spaced repetition review system, quizzes, progress tracking, a prompt library, and related educational content. The App is designed for informational and educational purposes only.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. USER OBLIGATIONS
You agree to:
Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App.
Not modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App.
Not distribute, license, sell, or transfer the App or any content therein to any third party.
Not use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of the App.
Not use any automated means to access or interact with the App.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content in the App, including but not limited to course materials, lesson cards, prompt templates, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and code, is the property of AI Skills or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial educational purposes, subject to these Terms.
Prompt Library content may be copied for personal use with AI tools. You may not sell, redistribute, or commercially republish the prompt templates as a standalone product or collection.
6. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PURCHASES
6.1 Subscription Plans
The App offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:
Weekly subscription
Monthly subscription
Yearly subscription
6.2 Prompt Library
The App offers a one-time non-consumable purchase for the Prompt Library feature.
6.3 Payment and Billing
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. By subscribing, you authorize Apple to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method on a recurring basis.
6.4 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
6.5 Managing and Canceling Subscriptions
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings or by going to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iOS device. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period.
6.6 Free Offers
The App may offer limited-time free access (24-hour or 7-day) to Pro features. Free Offers are available one time only per offer type. Free Offers do not require payment information and do not automatically convert to paid subscriptions.
6.7 Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies. To request a refund, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
6.8 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect the current billing period and will take effect on the next renewal. We will notify users of price changes through the App or App Store.
7. EDUCATIONAL DISCLAIMER
The App provides educational content about artificial intelligence and related technologies for informational purposes only. The content does not constitute professional, financial, legal, medical, or career advice.
AI-generated outputs using prompts from this App may contain inaccuracies, errors, or hallucinations. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any AI-generated content before relying on it for any purpose.
We do not guarantee any specific learning outcomes, career results, income generation, or professional advancement from using the App. References to potential income or career benefits are for informational purposes and do not constitute guarantees.
The prompt templates provided are starting points and may need to be adapted for your specific use case. Results from using prompts may vary depending on the AI tool used, the context provided, and other factors beyond our control.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE APP.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT COURSE CONTENT WILL REMAIN CURRENT OR ACCURATE AS AI TECHNOLOGIES EVOLVE RAPIDLY.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AI SKILLS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Skills, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App integrates third-party services including Google AdMob, Firebase, OneSignal, and Apple StoreKit. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
The App may contain references to third-party AI tools and services (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, and others). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these third-party services unless explicitly stated. All trademarks and service marks are the property of their respective owners.
12. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at support.appteam204@gmail.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice.
14. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Skills regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
16. WAIVER
The failure of AI Skills to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by AI Skills.
17. ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
