We do not collect your data. We do not transmit it. We do not sell or share it. The App has no user accounts, no advertising, no advertising identifiers and no third-party analytics or tracking software. Everything you enter stays on your device.
The App lets you record: bedtime, wake time, calculated sleep duration, a sleep quality rating, your target sleep duration and your reminder time. This information is written only to the local storage of your device. It is not sent to us, to any server, or to any third party. We have no access to it and no ability to retrieve it.
We do not collect or process: your name, email address, phone number, precise or approximate location, contacts, photos, files, microphone or audio recordings, health records from other apps or devices, device identifiers, advertising IDs (including the Google Advertising ID), IP addresses, crash logs, usage or performance analytics.
The App displays no advertising and contains no advertising SDKs, ad identifiers, attribution or measurement tools. We do not track you across apps or websites and we do not build profiles about you.
The App does not bundle other applications (APKs), advertising networks, social network SDKs or analytics services that collect personal data.
Notifications (optional). Used solely to show the local daily reminder to log your sleep, at the time you choose, generated on the device itself. No notification content is sent through any server. You can disable reminders in the App or in your Android system settings at any time.
The App includes an export function. When you use it, you decide where the file goes — for example another app you choose on your device. Once a file leaves the App, it is handled by the destination service you selected, under that service's own privacy policy. We are not involved in and cannot see that transfer.
You control your data completely. Use Clear all data in Settings to erase your sleep history from the device, or uninstall the App, which removes its local storage. Because we never receive your data, there is nothing for us to delete on our side and no data deletion request is necessary.
As we do not collect or process personal data, we do not act as a data controller in respect of your sleep records; you remain in sole control of them on your own device. Rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection are exercised directly in the App: your records are visible, editable, exportable and erasable by you at any time. We do not sell or share personal information and we do not process sensitive personal information as those terms are used in the CCPA/CPRA.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) and we do not knowingly collect any information from children. As no data is collected from any user, no parental consent mechanism is required.
Your records are stored in the App's private storage area on your device and are protected by your device's own security, including screen lock and platform-level app sandboxing. Because nothing is transmitted, there is no server-side breach risk to your sleep data.
The App is a self-tracking and educational tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about any sleep concern.
If the App ever changes so that data is collected, we will update this policy, change the "Last updated" date and update the Google Play Data Safety declaration before the change ships.
