Attendance Records: Date and time of check-in and check-out, accurately captured via the QR code scanning feature.
Leave Data: Records of requests for Time Leave and Day Off, including the type of leave, time shift, start and end dates, and reasons/descriptions provided.
Salary Information: Data displayed within the App related to your compensation for viewing and record-keeping purposes.
B. Technical and Usage Data:
Camera Access: Necessary to utilize the QR code scanning feature for attendance tracking. The App only activates the camera when you initiate the "Scan Attendance" function.
Device Information: Technical details such as your device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers, used for security and App performance monitoring.
Geolocation Data (If Enabled): If SBC Solutions requires location verification for attendance, the App may collect your precise geographical location at the moment of scanning the QR code to confirm check-in from an authorized work site. This is only collected with your explicit consent.
3. How We Use the Collected Information
The information collected via the SBC HR App serves the following essential business purposes:
Attendance Management: To accurately record your presence, monitor working hours, and calculate daily attendance records.
HR Management: To process, track, and verify Time Leave and Day Off requests efficiently.
Compensation and Payroll: To provide necessary data for accurate payroll processing and salary management.
Security and Improvement: To troubleshoot errors, maintain the security of the App, and improve overall functionality.
